The best "graffiti" I saw was in my home town on an 18th century bridge: it was chiselled into the stone in a perfect serif font, and was simply something along the lines of: "Edward, 1796". Right next to it was another marking: "Darren 4 Shaznay" or something of that nature, scratched into the stone with a compass; the D was rendered as a right-pointing triangle because he couldn't do curves.

So wonderful, yet so sad at the same time.

I saw a comedian at the Edinburgh Fringe who told a story about some rural graffiti.

The law to finally ban fox hunting had been passed, and pretty soon it would become illegal to hunt fox in the UK. Stephen Grant, an English comedian, was driving in a rural area when he saw this written on a bridge above his head:

SUPPORT THE FOX HUNT.

He chuckled a bit at this, but as the days and weeks went by, people began adding to it.

DON'T SUPPORT THE FOX HUNT.

IDIOTS DON'T SUPPORT THE FOX HUNT.

IDIOTS DON'T SUPPORT THE BAN ON FOX HUNTING.

HEY BLAIR! FARMERS AREN'T
IDIOTS. DON'T SUPPORT THE BAN ON FOX HUNTING.

I saw a bit of graffiti on a dumpster earlier today that said "Be Happy". You know you're in Canada when....

Ugh, I hate it when it double posts without me noticing.

Most of the graffiti around here is just simple writing about someone specific being homosexual or awesome etc.

Despite being borderline overrun with chavs and such, we're pretty dang white.

A work colleague told me that he saw in a pub, graffiti saying, "I fucked your mom!", and under that, "Go home, Dad; you're drunk".

Some of the most hilarious graffiti I have seen has been in women's restrooms. You get the usual "I <3 Bob" and then you have the snarky, "Why are you writing about your boyfriend? Just pee" and then the vindictive, "Sorry to tell you this way, but Bob and I are having an affair and running away to the Bahamas"

Do they actually have those "For a good time, call this #" in men's rooms like I see in the movies?

Non-ironically? It happens, but not so much. Mostly its just giving a name and saying they're easy or a slut or whatever, but don't give contact info. From what I've seen around here anyways.

Usually the phone number is to the person's friend or something. Some guy at my current college wrote a whole bunch of sappy poetry in acouple of the stalls.

We had those in my secondary school, so the veracity of the claim mostly depended on how much cash you had in your pocket.

I have a friend who draws graffiti of Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde (the Pacman ghosts, if you didn't know) all around town. Why, I don't know. But it's always funny to pass by a building and see Pinky winking at you.

It's a pretty infamous cliche as far as "LARPers are teh suck" goes in comedy.

Sorry to necrobump such an old thread, but with blip.tv not existing any more there doesn't appear to be any copies of this and the next 2 episodes (Judgement and Showdown) anywhere on the internet, which seems a real shame to me....... please re-upload somewhere ASAP if you can still find the files!!

Over the summer I finally went back and watched the first season of cH. I know I saw these episodes then. I've scoured the internet a few weeks back to watch them again, to no avail.
They are out there, though.

Last summer was around the time that Blip.tv shut down, so when you last watched them would probably have been just before that..

Currently there are no copies hosted anywhere else as far as I can tell.

Oh, I guess that's possible. Didn't know it was so recent. Though I really feel like it was like a Dailymotion-esque, rehosted thingy.

cH was the first LRR stuff I ever watched, I too would be very interested in seeing Season 1 get rehosted somewhere.

Season 1 is now back in full on LRR's YouTube channel, in case anyone hasn't noticed yet.
