The "oh shit we're going to die" button, does nothing really, but it lights up and makes a "whoop-whoop" noise, so you get the idea that someone, somewhere, has been alerted.

People on the Escapist comment thread were ragging on this too. I didn't notice it, can you give an example?

That's not really the fault of Graham and Paul though, is it?

You may as well just blame Halo for that. Though, many have not yet finished blaming Halo for being Halo.

I'm not saying it is. It's totally the game's fault, I'm just looking for things to nitpick.

As for examples, any of the shots with Mal in them, also any time anybody moves any significant distance.

Graham said that both the Jak one and this one were recorded before Desert Bus.

I'm sure there is a guy in some room viewing screens just waiting for the "oh shit we're going to die" alert.....just so someone is alerted

I figured that button would be unfinished because, frankly, what's the point, you're gonna die when you have to press it. No use in wasting time with it.

Yeah but someones gotta know these things! If you pay to buy a button that alerts these people then someone damn well better be there! Maybe he just sends you a quick notice saying "message received" and then you never hear from the person ever again.

Yup, and then a single person wearing a jumpsuit and a couple days of facial growth who is sat in a cubicle with a single computer makes a short note about it. He sighs, puts the note in a file and then shakes his head as the alarm suddenly cuts out, already forgetting all about you and your emergency forever.
Nothing to see here.

I can't believe no one else went for this one....

THE DUTCH!

AGAIN!

Also, stellar voice acting from Paul when the pods start dropping.
