Mega Man 8
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZW3H8SQGv5o
starts at about 1:59 ends around 4:15
Though I suppose it's a bit to short unfortunately.

Maybe you could throw the Mega man X4 intros in there as well

Xenosaga Episode 1. if it had any more cut scene you'd think it was a metal gear game.

Portal 2. Even though you can move around in the opening cutscene, there's not really a lot you can do. There's a quick basic movement tutorial, then you open a door. And it is, indeed, unskippable.

Resident Evil 4
One Liners, cliché zombie mistakes (yeah yeah, not zombies), and great accents to rip on (not racist)

about 5 and a half minutes including the first radio convorsation. Ripe for the taking

Skate 3 - took almost 2 minutes for me to "get" why this was the opening movie to a skating game.

And then the cutscene... omg... this is terrible. I want to punch the TV and I love my TV.

Why not Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines It has a long intro and a lot of weird stuff and people in it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BV96A-swkgM
The real intro starts about a minute in.

You can still get it on steam and apart from it being buggy and old, it is a great game.

I submit my vote for Shinobi for the PS2. I couldn't get a video but just trust me, it is worthy.

I know you already did Fable 3/III, but sweet merciful flying spaghetti monster this game demands more mockery.
Call up Ethan and LeFarge, tell them to kidnap the escapist staff until they let you do another lets play.

I was just watching a trailer on The Escapist, and I know you will love to do this one:

http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/trailers/3473-Armored-Core-V

The first line alone is pure comedy gold:
The Post-Apocalyptic World is in ruin!

Seriously... it's post-apocalyptic, do they also come in an un-ruined kind?

I know you don't do trailers and stuff, but if that line is also actually in the intro of the actual game, I'm guessing this will be a great game to do.

Beyond Good And Evil is pretty silly, not sure if it'd be long enough though. (although you could just go on to do the scene after the fight as well)

Duke Nukem Forever.

No, seriously, hear me out. 4 minutes of Paul and Graham having fun with the pissing mechanic?

I would like to see Brutal Legend. You could even include the live-action intro with Jack Black.

I want to second this. Great opening cutscene, and the game isn't half-bad either.

Here is another one that you might find interesting, and it is actually unskippable too.

It might be too short though....

But here is my suggestion:

Just Cause 2

There was one I was thinking. If you can find it, Hyperdimension Neptunia. It has such an absurd story-line, it needs mockery in all forms possible. Not a horrible game though, but oh god the story needs mocking.

The Shadow of the Colossus & ICO collection are out for PS3. There is now no reason not to do Shadow of the Colossus! :D

Please.

Yeah, I'm a Team ICO fan.
