Unskippable - 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand
Link
Y'know, I knew this was going to be a ridiculously stupid game when I heard it was coming out. Now that I've seen the opening, I'm satisfied to know it is indeed as I expected. It would have had me rolling in laughter even without Paul and Graham. You guys took something horribly awesome and made it even more awesome. *applause*
I especially liked the MacGuffin Cam, whistling the X-files theme, and your anecdote after the credits. This one is pure gold.

I didn't like rappers before, I despise one of them now.

I dunno...in all honesty, I really didn't think of it as THAT bad; no more cliche than other FPS intros.
Some sweet jokes by Pizzy n' Stiznark, tho!

I'd pretty much have to agree with this. I mean, most FPS plots just seem to set it up so you maximize shooting stuff. Really, all this did was embrace that fact and run with it.
Also, I'm quite confident that empath had a minor stroke at the end there.
Ask me about the Steve Flaig Experience.

Heh, I don't know if it was purposeful or not, but I enjoyed the "Did you bite your tongue" bit, Graham reminded me of Weebl and Bob.

Very cute, as always, but...
...when the guy says "I'm in the strip club", *how* could you miss the opening for a Roman-accented "There are Big American Titties here!" joke? How??
I'm severely disappointed in you two.

I love the idea that the middle east would host an American rapper and pay him 10 million dollars. Even when most of the huge concert performers might get like 2 million. I'm sure there a lot of disposable income over there.

Well Genghis, everyone in the Middle East has a priceless, diamong-encrusted body part laying around the house somewhere. They just hide it well.

Oh, or do you mean the strip club? Well, what do you mean by 'minor stroke'?

Urgh, so bad.
31 pence (how much 50 cent is worth in British Money) sounds like Scooby Doo, is he the father of the mutt?

Great work as ever guys: I especially liked then 'but' line :p
On a side note, do you put any sort of filter on the videos for these, as all the cutscenes you've done seem to have a slightly washed out look to them.

Re: Unskippable - 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand
damn it, why has the escapist stopped working for me? >< I click play and nothing happens. I could usually fix it by refreshing teh page but it doesn't help, and neither did any of the things their help page told me to do... -.-
Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?
I wanna see this!

I've had that problem with a few Uskippables and Zero Punctuations (others can still watch I can't), it clears up on its own accord. While you wait watch There Will Be Brawl: Breaking News, think the news from Robocop but about Nintendo characters).

Quick Question (since I don't want to dig up the old thread): Anyone know why there isn't a funny quip at the end of the Infinite Undiscovery episode?

I think it wasn't given to Escapist in time or Escapist forgot.
