Around a 10 hour drive actually. -_-' I actually live really close to the "National Hollerin Contest." It's in North Carolina, while the Cooter Festival is in middle Florida. (Don't ask how I know, it's pretty rural around here, people talk.) Thought it was hilarious that something local made Feed Dump. Kinda surprised we haven't made one of these things sooner with some of the things that go on around here.
Glad to hear I was right in my assumption that corn hole was just some stupid thing people do in the south. It's generally only popular with drunken frat boys, and usually only done for tailgating for football (predominantly college football). You drink up, get trashed and play corn hole (insert witty statement here). If you aren't drunk, or sober and able to get your drunken buddies to bet money, it IS incredibly dull. Like a carnival game except without the chance to get a huge stuffed animal in the end.
On a similar point is there a hat that feed dump wouldn't have?
