Until January 25, 2013, I had a copy of ET and 3 Ataris (as well as about 19 other games). Due to the fire, I have now a large hunk of plastic and metal and 2 broken Ataris.

Hotline Miami might be fun -- it's relatively short and easy on the eyes. Though I'm guessing the majority of it would be "holy crap what did I just do to that guy?" and "dead again. So much dying."

Or maybe some mini episodes of some of Cactusquid's other games. Don't need to play them to completion, just enough to get your feelings on them.

Yeah, but the thing is; they're not supposed to play GOOD games - they wouldn't wanna heckle the cutscenes and the like.

They're not supposed to have fun - it's like...Desert...Bus...

...you know something, it sounds kinda unhealthily masochistic when I write it out like this. :?

I'd just say avoid anything RPG. Venetica was waaay too much time watching you guys stare at menus. I think action/adventure gams are definitley the best choice, allows you guys to focus on keeping up the banter rather than really needing to concenttrate on playing the game.

Why does it have to be bad games? I think unusual games would make better commentary than just bad.

I agree. Not necessarily just "bad" games, but also unusual games.

Whatever they do, I hope above hope that they do NOT choose Tales of Graces f. The Unskippable of that game was nothing but pain.

I would like to see what DarkStar One: Broken Alliance looks like beyond the awful opening cutscene.

It's really pretty MEH; bog-standard space sim; lacking the true 'sandbox' of something like the X series, and the only thing that set the game apart was the 'upgradable' ship...which was rather simplistic (throw a 'level-up' into guns, armor, maneuver or an 'uberBFG').

And really, the nature of a space sim wouldn't give G&P much opportunity to heckle anything...except maybe the repetitive nature ("gee, another 2500m of nothing to the jump point...then we get to fly through another 4000m of nothing before we get to the actual mission") and heck, if you want that, go with Tachyon: the Fringe and get the protagonist to riff it for you in-game "Oh BOY. Another course." "Whoa, that a big...ship." But then, G&P would be redundant. ;)

Saaaay...maybe Freelancer's cut-scenes? The gameplay wouldn't be much more interesting due to the genre, but all those cutscenes...have Paul cry out "Gimli!" or "Sulu!" every time Tobias or Lord H shows up, or similar ;)

I would love to see a GPLP of Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. Especially if it was a no-regen magic/items run through so we could see all of the awesome weirdness.

I still think Shadows of the Damned, because I have a feeling after a while they'll start trying to come up with better boner-jokes than what the game provides.

Not sure if it's been suggested, but: Turning Point - Fall of Liberty.
It's... it's not good. I recently booted this game up just because I bought it for very-cheap and just... It's just... apart from a few instances it's not very good(ending might be one of the most hilarious ones ever). And it's only about four hours long, in total.
And competently made enough that it's playable.
Even though, somehow, Return to Castle Wolfenstein looked better despite being seven years older.

Antichamber would be absolutely amazing :D
It doesn't really fit the previous games in terms of theme or gameplay, but I think it would suit you well.

Mara.

So to be honest I didn't bother looking to see what else was suggested so if this was already just give it a ++ from me, irregardless I suggest Dungeon Siege. There aren't as many cut scenes per-say but I want to see them play together whilst heckling and there are many interactions between characters and such. I also want to see them fight the last boss as it was a major pain in my ass when I played solo as the AI partner I was stuck with glitched so hard it ended up in Metal Arms and I had to fight it essentially alone

I still say Ninja Blade might be the videogamey title in videogames. It's like something you'd see get mentioned on like CSI when they're trying to do a gaming-related episode to sound cool.
"Oh yeah I have the high score in Arctic Super Explodies and Ninja Blade!"...something like that atleast.

Although it would make a pretty good Let's Play because hey, sure is a better game than Cursed Crusade. Which is... deffinetly something.

Just made an account (finally) to post this thought.

I was watching some Unskippables and realized... Metroid: Other M would make a lovely GPLP. It's got gameplay rated at decent to good (so it avoids the dullness that plagued Cursed Crusade) and the gang is familiar with Metroid lore so jokes would be fun to make.

Oh, and it has a ludicrous plot, bad voice acting, and is regarded as one of the worst things Nintendo has ever done with a flagship series.

Cheers!

Is it worse than that Super Princess Peach game for the DS?

I have two suggestions

First, Mars: War logs, because its a french action rpg that has hilarious voice acting and and the mechanics seem to be not that great. Sounds perfect given the past few games you've played.

Second, Dark Cloud 2, because I like that game and can't find my copy. :P

Also, Dark Cloud 2's storyline is completely insane, which is always fun.

I'd like to see Graham and Paul Let's Play Hatoful Boyfriend.

It's a Japanese Dating Sim... with pigeons.
