I'm glad another of my card designs was appreciated ^_^

Also, Animate Wall wins some kind of award for hilarious art.

Also there's nothing wrong with tapping a bump in the night. it goes like this

"I tap Bump in the Night"
"In response, I say that's an illegal action and what are you even doing?"
"In response, I concede"
Look at the cards. LOOK AT THE CARDS!

Conceding would be the first effect to go off as it's the last one on the stack but since conceding can only be done at sorcery speed it's invalid.
Then The illegal action is called forcing a judge to come over but since Bump in the Night hasn't actually tapped yet no infraction has been made.
Bump in the Night is then successfully tapped as the judge has just sat back down and wont be bothered to get up again so soon.

The effect of conceding would probably function more like a state-based effect, to be fair.

Indeed, I'm pretty sure Magic constantly checks to see whether one player has conceded.
