TTC - BNG Crack Some Packs

Postby Graham » 15 Feb 2014, 01:49

James and Graham have been abandoned with a bunch of BNG boosters, so let's take a look at what's inside!

just a quick thing about the red minotaur rare, it cannot copy itself. it says "another target creature". this bit me at the prerelease, as the other only creature had a bad enter the battlefield ability

I got two Fat Packs for my birthday, and I pulled just about nothing good. How often would one person get something good, like your guy's Brimaz. I really want one for my commander deck!

Minor bit of feedback, the card overlay was a tiny bit too large for my tastes. It covered most of the screen and your faces. Still nice to have the overlay back in the last couple TTCs.

Aside from that, I love the podcasts. I haven't really looked at most of the cards from the set yet, so it was nice to get a look at some of them and hear some feedback.

Finally, I'm kind of pissed that you not only opened a Brimaz in the fat pack but also opened a foil one on MTGO Monday night. Some guys get all the luck.

I know you probably already went and looked it up, but Icarus's father was Daedalus, who was also the designer of the Labyrinth of Knossos

Also, about Icarus, Daedalus made the wings so they could they could escape because Daedalus was imprisoned so the secrets of the Labyrinth would not get out.

This was great. Nothing fancy or complicated, just opening a bunch of packs. I've really enjoyed myself.
