Grixis EDH help!

Hi LRR mtg community.
I wasn't sure where else to turn for some suggestions about an multiplayer EDH deck I'm trying to build, but here goes:

I'm stuck between making a passive bounce deck using deadeye, etc. to have abilities repeat but not really taking the game anywhere until I can take multiple turns and smash with a couple crazy creatures I have in the deck. Or I wanted to play cipher because it's such a fun ability. However I was going to go with a bunch of unblockables and I'm afraid that's too mean for a party EDH deck. What do you guys think?

I've got a Sedris, the Traitor King deck which basically is a Deadeye Navigator shenanigans deck that can also play as a fairly solid Reanimator deck, and it's pretty fun. It isn't a very fast deck, but it's very resilient.

oh man if they're running boardwipes at the expense of spot removal i'd be the "run every pestermite combo card" jerk.
