A couple of Relentless Rats and Throat Slitter come to mind as basic rat cards that I would have included as well.
Adaptive Automaton is also a solid card for any tribal deck, though it doesn't really have much flavour in this context.

Drawing a blank on the name... "We give a Rat's Ass"?
Let me know if you want to play sometime!

What if Alan Turing came up with the test because he was actually a robot and wanted people to find out?

Nice, I like both of those rats. Automation would work but doesn't really fit the theme.
I mainly built this deck because LRR talks so highly of commander and I've never played the format. My friends say there making decks but I haven't seen any progress, might be hard to get a group together. If I ever make it to a con I would love to play it with some people.

You could also play it online?
There are some great (free!) alternatives to Magic Online, which quite a few LRR forumites use. It's the only Magic I've been playing since getting back into it :P

Glad you liked my suggestions ^_^

For rats, it wouldn't hurt to try and track down a copy of Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni. Her second ability combos well with Marrow-Gnawer and there should be plenty of good creatures to bring back in a format like Commander.

A friend of mine has Ink-Eyes, but has refused to trade her to me. I might have to order her, but I ordered most of the deck from Card Kingdom anyway :)

If multiplayer is popular in your group, go for the Planechase deck with Ink-Eyes. Worth every penny.

Its hard to even get my group together most of the time. We play Planechase but I havent been able to find a copy of the one with Ink-Eyes that wasn't crazy expensive.

I also run a Marrow-Gnawer Rat Tribal deck, the ultimate objective usually being to overrun people with lots of rats and tokens.

A trick I enjoy is to get multiple Marrow-Gnawer activations per turn. Cards that can help accomplish this are:

Thousand-Year Elixir
Magewright's Stone
Puppet Strings
Umbral Mantle
and my personal favorite, for infinite rats, Thornbite Staff.

You can also use an Ashnod's Altar with the Umbral Mantle or Thornbite Staff to infinitely pump/generate rats with the Umbral Mantle, or with the staff to use those rats as machine gun ammo to just ping your opponents to death. Good times.

Some random Tribal Cards that work well: Coat of Arms, Door of Destinies, Konda's Banner, Death Pit Offering, and Sword of the Paruns (Which also works as an untapper).

Some other random cards that work really well with the deck are Grave Pact and Skullclamp. Some additional rats that I include are Rats of Rath, Kuro's Taken, Crypt Rats (Spiteful board wipes for the win) and Infected Vermin. A few of which can act as sac outlets to allow things like Grave Pact to work, or to prevent your opponent from doing nasty things like tucking your general with, say, Terminus (Though in that case I usually just sac him to himself).

Anyways! Best of luck overrunning people with Rats! :D

Nice! Thanks Ill look into some of these cards. I actually have Puppet Strings and Thornbite Staff already somewhere. I almost ordered Konda's Banner when I was building my deck.

Looks like I won't get to test this deck anytime soon. My LGS has stopped carrying Magic due to "lack of interest" and some of my friends who played either quit or moved. I now only have one friend I can play with and he has no interest in Commander.
