With the coming of Phenax, God of Deception in BNG, I was inspired to build a milling deck. So I constructed a mill deck with the current cards available in standard, but I'm not sure if it would be an effective competitor in FNM. Opinions and suggestions are most welcome!
Link: I dubbed this deck, General Mills.

Re: B/U Milling deck
Way too many 3-mana counterspells. I'd drop the Cancels and replaces them with either main deck Syncopates, or some removal (Doom Blade, Ultimate Price, Devour Flesh, or Far // Away are probably your best options in Standard.)
If you can afford Thoughtseize, it's obviously worth running.
