So there's an infinite combo coming into standard with Jeskai Ascendancy, Retraction Helix, any 0-cost noncreature, and any creature. So I'm trying to build a post-rotation deck around that combo.
Here's my list so far:

I'm still unsure about a few things - Chasm Skulker and the balance of Nyx-Fleece Rams to Omenspeakers. But I think it's solid.
Though I'd like to get some feedback on it. Is it viable?

While I really love wacky combo deck like the one you build, I'm afraid it looks a bit fragile D:
There was a Jeskai Ascendancy combo deck today at FNM in my local games store, but the build was quite different. It combined the combo shell with the Ensoul Artifact shell to make it more consistent and create other win conditions. It had 4x Jeskai Ascendancy, 4x Ornithopter, 4x Retraction Helix, 4x Ensoul Artifact, 4x Astral Cornucopia and 4x Monastery Swiftspear. I don't know what's the meta like where you are playing but I think moving Briber's Purse and Erase to sideboard would be a good idea.

I like the idea of chasm skulker, don't see it in most builds.

While I'm easily seeing how this can be abused, I'm not sure how this combo goes infinite. Can you clarify?

So far as I can tell, play Jeskai Ascendancy, then noncreature 0-cost. That activates Ascendancy. Then play a creature and give it Retraction Helix. Tap to return 0-cost to your hand, then play it again- reactivates Ascendancy, untapping the tapped creature and giving all creatures +1/+1. Rinse and repeat until all creatures have +inf/+inf and swing for infinite.
To really complete the picture, you want some trample in there too.

Or just bounce any blockers with the Retraction Helix'd guy.
Re: Brewing a Jeskai Ascendancy Standard combo deck
I believe the preferred creatures for this combo are Rattleclaw Mystics and Sylvan Caratidids. That way even if you haven't found the 0 Mana card you can tap them again for mana to power something like dig through time or treasure cruise.
There's also a UW version using Midnight Guard, Retraction Helix, Ornithoptor and Altar of the brood, but having playtested it the combo is even more fragile.

Re: Brewing a Jeskai Ascendancy Standard combo deck
my list for Ascendancy combo:
the combob:
4x Jeskai Ascendancy
4x Briber's Purse (rather than Tormod's Crypt or Astral Cornucopia because it's sometimes relevant)
4x Retraction Helix
Win conditions: (in order from least to most effective in practice)
1x Burning Anger
1x Crater's Claws
1x Altar of the brood
Mana dorks
4x Sylvan Caryatid
4x Rattleclaw Mystic
4x Kiora's Follower
other support:
4x Dig through time
4x Dragon Mantle (because it cantrips)
4x Commune with the Gods
Add mana base as appropriate.
It's incredibly consistent, and if you build your mana base right, you can board into Temur Monsters with Polukranos, Sagu Mauler, Savage Knuckleblade, Stormbreath Dragon, and Sarkhan.
