If everyone's checked in, shall we start the draft?

Looks like the newly randomized order on the sheet has me with the first pick.

No pressure. You can definitely send a message with Lens of Clarity though

Glad to see this thing off to the races! Good luck to everyone, and may you draft well.

And I'm the first hurdle! Currently on a ferry heading home; will stew on my options and should be ready to pick by the time I get home and have access to the spreadsheet. Unfortunately, that's still about four hours away.

Let's see who's archetype we can guess with the least picks, as this develops

For example, I see that steric hindrance is in the "best common in M15" archetype.

Steric is clearly ghosting

aka the "I doubt this card floats to fifth pick but I really hope it does" archetype...
Or at least that's what it's called in my notes...

aka "Snap pick Barrage of boulders in response"
Addendum: I am working on the spread sheet linking the spreadsheet with all the cards to our picks list, if you see any filler text when its your pick, you remove it and proceed.
If you now look on sheet2 of the spreadsheet, its pretty cool, combined features from both spreadsheets, hope it helps!

And picked!
Re: Standard Pauper Rotisserie Draft - Who's In?
Update: I have the xmage server almost set up, the documentation is not developed unfortunately, so I'm struggling with the fine tuning. Does everyone have a hamachi, or can get it?

Neat, though it is including those cards that were ever common, but aren't common in standard:jadamelio wrote:If you now look on sheet2 of the spreadsheet, its pretty cool, combined features from both spreadsheets, hope it helps!

I think Atifexe was planning on planting the same flag I was. Well, then, I can audible.
Also, I crossed out all the "not-commons" that phlip pointed out. If anyone tries for one of those... well, they'll be clearly seen as being at fault.
[edit:] And I smell a scrap over the Heroic decks. Glad my planned first pick let me stay open...

Re: Standard Pauper Rotisserie Draft - Who's In?
Quick question - will there be multiple copies of cards that have been printed twice in this standard environment (eg. Hunt the Weak/ Summit Prowler)?

Re: Standard Pauper Rotisserie Draft - Who's In?
I feel it's probably easier to keep track of if we keep this purely singleton. Even with the Summit Prowler/Hunt the Weak/Divination duplicate printings in standard.

Re: Standard Pauper Rotisserie Draft - Who's In?
Hey, quick question - it seems as though I can't edit the spreadsheet from safari on my phone. Is there an app that would allow me to do it, or will I need a computer? I don't want to keep people waiting but I also have extended periods in my life where I'm not near a computer.
Re: Standard Pauper Rotisserie Draft - Who's In?
Google sheets is what I use
Also do we want setup a telgream or some other chatroom for this?

I think "functional" is a fair assessment of any of Google's apps. Which always bothered me.

Re: Standard Pauper Rotisserie Draft - Who's In?
Thank you, it seems to be working. It's at least good enough that I can partake in the draft without feeling like I'm holding anyone up.
