Despite your best efforts, you find yourself unable to evade the spray of gunfire. You are hit multiple times.

Dougie is next.

Dougie rises to his feet, the string of curses never ceasing, and continues his charge towards his target before attempting to tackle him to the ground.

Unfortunately, only a mild improvement- d20 roll is a 2. Hrumph

Dougie pushes himself forward, but the cord is still somewhat tangled around his leg. By the time he's freed himself and advanced to within arm's reach of his target, the next person is already acting.

Robert loses his next turn due to the failed dodge attempt.

With Dougie within arm's reach now, the clearest threat has changed, and the soldier that shot Robert attempts to fire a point-blank burst at Dougie. Because of the proximity, it's possible to parry the gun before he can pull the trigger (d20 roll).

The other soldier assesses the situation and begins to advance on Robert, weapon leveled but not firing. He speaks in a mechanically amplified voice, demanding you and Kenji drop your weapons and surrender.

Kenji mutters several curses under his breath, then forces himself past the curtain and scans the room. Seeing the office at the front, he bolts for the door and kicks it open, ducking inside to take cover.

Dougie is next.

You easily push the weapon aside, just before it kicks back and rains bullets into the wall.

Get up and tackle the soldier nearest me to the ground. d20 roll is a 11.

A regular tackle, or one using your bounce power?

You plant your feet and propel yourself into the armored figure. He seems unprepared to take the impact, and sprawls out in front of you, his rifle slipping from his grasp. You find yourself bouncing easily off of him and landing back on your feet, easily returning to a ready stance.

(Bounce attacks don't do a lot of damage, but he loses his next turn and is disarmed. Please roll 2d4.)

The armor seems barely smudged by the impact. It's reasonable to assume that the man inside is ultimately unharmed, aside from the loss of balance.

The man who shot Robert looks around and, upon seeing his ally flat on his back and Dougie poised to strike again, pivots to fire at Dougie. The snap shot, combined with the close range, makes any reaction nearly impossible. (Natural 20)

17 to dodge. Any bonus if I try to bounce off the ceiling?

The hail of bullets initially feels like a bunch of insects hitting you, but it swiftly builds. That burst actually drew blood.

Next is Kenji, as the other armored figure struggles to its feet.

Kenji's low muttering turns into a cursing hail of Japanese. He's speaking so fast that even another native speaker might have trouble following. The others could catch the occasional snatch of words like "Dougie" and "baunsu" and "sakka".

He's going to try his best to pump the soldier who fired at Dougie full of lead. D20 roll is a nuh-nuh-nuh-nuh-nineteen.

The soldier doesn't even see the attack coming. Go ahead and roll damage.

The armor is showing some wear after that barrage, but it's hard to tell if it has much integrity left.

Dougie loses his next action due to the failed dodge attempt. Robert is next.

WHEN WE LAST LEFT OUR HEROES!

We spent waaaaay too long fighting a crop of robots outside the police station that we're infiltrating for a reason I've entirely forgotten at this point. That done, now we're inside, fighting a bunch of dudes in armor, who are presumably police or using the idea of police as a cover. Kenji shot one of them, Dougie tackled another, I think there's at least two others?

Is Robert so damaged he fears for his life?

Or rather, has reason to fear for his life?
