Fucking fantastic.

Thank you!
I'll add you to the 8 people who laughed at the screening as well.

I love that joke.

Please add me to that, FANTASTIC reference. :P Seriously, I wish I'd been there....SO BADLY.

If you guys can just keep going for a couple more years, I can fly to Canada and come to visit you!

*Sighs* Alas, having no money....and also being under 18....

Ty for putting these vids up, they make me less sad inside and yet simultaneously depressed - it's a strange conundrum that I've encountered.....Alas, if only I was Canadian.

So yeah, neither of the videos want to load up for me. And by that I mean the whole revver part of the video page won't load up. Odd.

But yeah, as one of the presenters for the Cast awards, I had a lot of fun writing my bits. Especially James'. It made me realize what a depraved and twisted mind I have that I can come up with that many innuendos and pack it into that short a time frame. Kathleen's was fun to shoot though, cuz I knew I would be using a stuffed bear so I had to use the mindset of the ursines (IE chugged a little honey, scratched my back on a wall, and ate some campers) and hopefully it paid off.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. For a minute I thought there was something wrong with the ol Lappy.

It might be in one of the threads, but I don't remember seeing it.

I think I may have a copy or two on my camera. I'll check and put it up if it isn't already.

I laughed too, and I think everybody that didn't laugh should loose 100 nerd-points, because seriously, that's just sad.

That would be cool, Tim. I looked around, and in the Screening thread, and didn't have any luck.

I was actually seriously considering figuring out a way to go to this, but there were too many details to work out.

Except that now after watching these videos....I must make it out there next time. Who's with me?

Hearing Paul's father talking in the mike, you realize where Paul has gotten his quick wit from. It's very enjoyable.

Unfortunately the end of the Morgan's award was cut off. After saying that Morgan have been using his pelvis in manner not talked about in polite society and that despite being ticked for it he has begun to teach others, I asked everyone to stand up and join us in a pelvic salute of Morgan.

Finally I thanked Tim, FreakOfNature (Who made the awards), Master Gunner, Tak197 and Eloman Sha for helping before Tim thanked me.

I will post an annotated version of the script for the presentation of Graham's award.

I made them pose for two pictures at the start of it. Do you know how bloody hard it is to get these people to stand still?

Image

And then I yelled at them, and they put on happy faces. Except Jer, who appears to be drunk on Starbucks.

And Paul kept trying to drift out of the shot. >:O

Finally got to watch the last two videos from the Screening, and they were amazing. Good job to everyone involved...especially Graham and Andy for the Periodic Table of Elements song.

Does anybody have a transcript of the video presentations for the LRRAwards?

Here's one of the pictures of the audience doing the Thoughtful Pose. Not everyone was still here at this point; it happened right at the very end.

The crew are sitting in the crowd with everyone else. Ten internets to whoever can find them all!

Bonus points for finding other people who have appeared in LRR videos in the past, and for identifying forum members (which there are several of).

I'm having trouble spotting Kathleen, so I assume she's behind Bill, and Jer is really hard to spot, I cannot find him at all.

I found Jer, it isn't Kathleen behind Bill I think their top is not quite right. Matt was tricky because he put a jacket on. How could you miss Andy?

Red at top is Master Gunner
Red on far left Russel from Whatever Thing Episode?
Third red Derek of the Warriors of Darkness (Ben)
Lower red - Brad
Yellow 1 - Graham's Dad?
Yellow 2 - Dana?
Yellow 3 - Paul's Dad

Forgot to mark the guy between who I wrote as Paul's dad, and the two people in yellow on the far right. Whatever thing episode where he pulls the camera to him to say whatever/pushes teh camera off the balcony?

*Edit*
I think I found Kathleen. To the right of who I thought was Dana, first from that end with their head turned to the side.

Maho? Did I do something wrong? Again?

Also I doubt it is Tim since I think he took the picture and not put it on a timer (to the left of Bill). I've noticed one or two Matt look-alikes in there as well.

I wanted to go, but had NO means of getting there. The ads said something about another man cooking. Are we going to see this, or is this just for those fortunate enough to have been at the screening?

We are, you need to listen to the podcasts they give out that information. Graham needs to sort out a technical problem with the Man Cooking. It will be released in a week or two.
