Edith's Book Club returns, Derek heads down to a favourite local weinerhouse, and Richter is also there.

So the question remains: did the hosts just ruin Derek's "game" by revealing the misconception while the girl at the weinerhouse could still hear them?

Given how accidental a player Derrick is, I half expect his chances to be enhanced by G Money and A Train's commentary.

So we've gone from a single brown thrum in Nsburg being extremely rare to now an entire nest of them taking up residence inside Mr. Therpston's shin. Are we escalating toward something? Is this part of the divine vengeance Sadie kept trying to warn us about?

Are we about to bear witness to a plague of thrums?

That or Barbara Dooley is just an extremely incompetent birdwatcher. Or perhaps Ball Hinkley and his perfumes are actually to blame for the influx of brown thrums.
