Pimp My Chair

Postby Graham » 21 Oct 2005, 17:09

We've been planning this one for so long and it's really nice to see it finally finished. And I think it's a good one to start season three on.

Season Three, btw!!!

So, Morgan bought all the components, and in return, he's keeping the chair.

We'll be adding "North West Customs" shirts to the store soon... in case, I don't know... someone wants one.

It took a lot of work to get this done, because we care. And to do a parody, we want to do it right. And I think we did.

Et tu?

-G

Also, ignore my avatar. We accidentally overwrote the new ones with the old ones. We'll fix it later.

That was amazing. The extra work you put into this one really, REALLY showed.

I must say, that was very, very impressive.

When I first began watching this I didn't have high hopes.. Pimp My (Whatever) has been spoofed a few times already.

But then again..

You guys pulled this off surprizingly well. The amount of effort you put in shows, and some parts (UK version, and Morgan - I think - going around the playground and travelling to the North West Crew on the chair) were goddamn hilarious.

Easily the best film since... hmmm... Superman? I can't remember that far back. Best film in a while, let's say.

EXCELLENT!!

^__^ What an ass kickin' video to start Season Three off on! And it did, indeed, kick much ass. :P I loved James in this video -- and everyone else was super good, too!

Favourite bits: The brief cut to Kate with her helpful insight on James's phsyche, all of the gangsta exclamations Graham made, Morgan riding the chair down to North West Crew, AND LASTLY (woah, tons of faves this time. It must be all that extra effort) the UK version promo. :P

Great job, guys!!

(I think comment is enough for duckie and I to split between us, heh.)

But it's so close to the UK version of Pimp My Ride!
They have lots of cool gansta' types in the UK, but instead they got this terrible white guy to do it. The guy from Pimp My Ride UK looks like he should work in a Marks & Spenser, not do anything like that.
And so does Graham's dad. He he he.

Yeah, it's nothing against the UK, believe me. But PMR UK is hosted by this guy, and he's seriously the worst possible person they could have gotten for the job. Also, his name is Tim.

I seriously thought you guys had screwed up and posted the 1337 video a week early. As in, I didn't think you'd be able to top it for a season premiere.. Boy was I wrong. Pimp my chair was fabulous.

You've really stepped it up to the next level here guys and I just want to say how awesome that is.. keep up the fabulous work, and support the dairy industry.

~dave

btw - whatever happened to Morgan being in Ottawa? I seem to remember hearing something to that respect.

Hehe. Morgan told me that no ladies would be able to resist him after this video, but I think he was confused, and meant that no boys would ever again be able to withstand Morgan's appeal.
Hehe, James wants to be a fireman. :D
"I swear it," said the other mother. "I swear it on my own mother's grave."

"Does she have a grave?" asked Coraline.

"Oh yes," said the other mother. "I put her in there myself. And when I found her trying to crawl out, I put her back."

Wow-ie! That was better than the Rap and the Rap r0ck3d. I can't even choose a favorite part. Enjoyed Morgan rolling down the hill on a chair, the awesome set when west coast says what they're going to do and morgan's face after james jumps on him. And the part where Morgan is in 30 places at once was great camera stuff. Where did you guys get all that blue fur? Good luck in the 3rd season!

Almost turned into a jackass parody as it looked like morgan was going to be knocked down the stairs

gotta love these vids. Can't wait for the next one.

Thanks for the advice morgan about playing these. Don't usually use Quicktime as I only like having one, but for these I had to have it play on my TV. Looks way better full screen
