It reminded me of the first X-Files game.

Would it be in the style of Magic, or in the style of, say, Top Trumps?

Well Top Trumps is a whole lot easier, but Magic is more LRR related.

So I say both.

The thing is, I knew clicking would pause the video. I knew it was just a video. Paul paused just long enough to sew the seeds of doubt!

I now want to do the Top Trumps idea so badly.

Preferably things like
(by quantity and/or frequency, out of 10)

Writing
Starring
Sleep Schedule
Ridiculosity
Beard!

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Magic at all, so I have no idea how I would integrate those rules...

A few days ago, I started making a LRR Magic set in Magic set editor. I have 9 cards made so far (haven't added pictures yet, though).

Well if you do Beard, you might want to include some cards that are like..

Graham (Bearded)
Graham (Shaven)

Because that would be awesome.

And Rosco must be the best card.

Best at everything except Beard, anyway. 'Caus, man, that is one cool duck, but he just can't grow a beard. Doesn't have the genes for it. ;)

Right. I will actually try to do this now.
HOWEVER, I take exception to your above statement, because Gibb clearly beats Rosco P. Jangles at every turn. Especially Beard.

Oh wait... that's what Jester said. :P

Edit: Yes, I am actually going to try this, but I desperately wish I had something better to do it with than Microsoft Paint... :?

maybe we should change 'beard' for 'hairiness' of 'beard potential' to account for Gibb and the flux nature of beards among the LRR crew

That's why I was thinking I'd do all the things by frequency instead of quality, e.g. Graham's writing score is going to be different from Kathleen's or Jeremy's score, not based on quality, but on how often they've written a script for LRR.
So the beard score would be how often they have a beard.

Makes sense.. although it'd be interesting to see if Gibb's whole life counts as bearded, just his time with LRR counts for the enumeration, and if either total matches Paul's total.

Funny coincidence, that...

All these concepts of various LRR games has got the idea rolling in my head for a LRR-themed Munchkin set.

No good can come from this.

I'm up to 15 in my LRR magic set. I just added the 'Crowbar' card.

So old school. Can't decide what's most awesome, James or the Myst refs. I also used to have a lot of old Dorling Kindersley educational CD-ROM's. So thanks for those memories.

Ok, so this was totally epic and I want to play my click-adventure games again.

Also, I can say that I did not click the shirt. But I did poke my screen with my finger if that counts for anything! Because, if Paul was giving me a free shirt, I would totally click that. ;)

Great video guys, fantastic job as always, and I am very excited that I am now caught up with the new season!

Maybe (probably) I just haven't been paying attention, but I feel like you did that really fast. :P How long did it take you to get through the videos?

Well I joined the forums in between my LRR-watching, but all in all it took me about a week & a half to two weeks to watch all the LRR, ISC, PhailhaĆ¼s, commodoreHustle, the Bonus vids, and the DailyDrop. I don't really watch ENN, and it's not really vital to the main LRR story line they've got, so I figure I'm all set.

I loved this video. As a kid, I actually never delayed during these point and click CD games, so I was always curious what they said if you were too late.

I'm really curious if it is at all possible to make this a real game...
