OK. How much of this was inspired by the HBGary comments about 'journeying to the deep web'? Heh. Also, I didn't laugh much, but I smirked throughout. Good video.

(As an aside, "Deep Web" is a real thing. Really. He didn't make that phrase up.)

Like I said on the Escapist, nice use of tumblr. I know this is more "I know where the idea came from", but whatever.

Also, nice use of Great Sea from Wind Waker. I know it wasn't exactly that, but I definitely heard it.

So he's looking for a place where the women don't have penises and so he goes to 4chan? The place with penises on sewing machines?

Just like Columbus thought he'd found India...

I also didn't lol, but instead lqtmed (laughed quietly to myself), as it was a video of subtle jokes and I still enjoyed, and loved the use of Wind Waker, it's my favorite game, ever.

I did lol. And I lol'd at my own failure at history, I thought it was the Hispaniola, not the Santa Maria. Then I remembered, that was the ship from Treasure Island...

It was a very subtle video, and it was good. Not great, but certainly good.

It's funny, but again, I recognized this as a Kathleen script early on in the video.

I thought this was a very well produced video. The lighting, editing, sound etc. were all well done. The effects were subtle but effective. I thought it was pretty funny too!

The music seemed a bit louder and more prominent in this one (yay!).

The protagonist's search for normal porn reminded me of a comic by former Brunching Shuttlecocks creator Lore Fitzgerald Sjoberg in which a man who dated totally normal women was accused of having a "normo fetish." I'd link to it, but all of Lore's websites seem to have vanished.

Certainly an epic journey for the last true sanctuary of the internet. Props for the 4chan joke and I lost my shit at him calling the last lappy the Eduardo.

For a script, exposure to Kathleen is like exposure to radiation, though. Sure, it might once have been a script, but now that shit's a surrealist, tentacled rainbow dreamboat and there's no going back. <333

I have to say that every part of the Specialty Forum Coast is pure gold. The Concepts, the Names, the map, and the contrasting levels of fucked-upedness between subjects all of it comes together to form this perfect little horror.

While there were some really, really funny bits in it, I wasn't a massive fan of this video. It felt too much like the same joke repeated over and over again.

Ah well.
