Shake Your Hands

Postby Graham » 07 Apr 2006, 16:47

Now, the song for this I made some time ago, for fun. In fact, the eagle-eared (?!) among you may remember its appearance in another video from a while back.

But I had to do a bunch of stuff for a video project this semester, that involved several music videos, so I figured, hey!

And I quite like it. Plus Morgan had been bugging me forever to do a video for it. So, here you go!

Pimp My Chair, Jeremy dry-humping his pimped-out chair.

Edit--or was it while they were working on the chair? Actually, yeah, now that I think about it, it might've been there.

You actually made that song yourself?

Without going back and checking, im fairly sure its when theyre working on the chair. As i work in an engineering area, you would be scared at how close to real life that video is

Edit: just to proove what i said: http://icwales.icnetwork.co.uk/0100news ... _page.html

No pics with the article, but that happened recently in my workplace.

1) I dont work on that jet

2) There wasnt any actual scaffolding on the jet, theres a much simpler explaination than what they said
I do not regret the things I've done, only those I did not do

Whoah! That was impressive all around. Where are you finding all this old footage? Were all the lyrics taken from the actual safety video? And . . . I don't suppose you have a copy of the song up somewhere for download? . . . Pretty please?

(I don't know why, but it really reminds me of the Propellerheads.)

Well, alright, but just because you said:

Which is quite honestly the best musical compliment ever. I love the Propellarheads, and they are quite an inspiration for me.

HURRAH! I must now listen to it on repeat while bobbing my head and doing a computer-chair dance which, if ever captured on webcam, would ensure both internet celebrity status and unending mortification.

Gahh it sounds good, but I'm getting hte classic LRR error that I've been getting for all the recent videos...won't let me watch it online and it downloads like, WAY slower than normal, then it works online AFTER I've downloaded it..>_<. It MIGHT just be FF, but it used to work so I dunno.

lol for school we had to make a workshop safety video. It included heaps of gore and was deemed "unsuitable for the needs of the school". That was awesome. What mark did you get for the video?

Ah there it worked when I ran it in IE. I liked it a lot, good editing, with the whole differnet clips to the beat. Good song. What grade did you get on it?

It wouldn't hurt him quite as much, but sure.

Yes.

The guitar riffs are samples from the original song that I hacked up and rearranged. The drums are looped from real drums as well, but not from the video.

Fantastically Mr. Stark.

All I have to say about it really. I was half expecting the LRR 'Dental Association' logo to come up at the end instead, but it didn't... ah the well.

When you answer you cell phone when you are at work, you shake hands with danger.
I used to work for a towboat company as a labourer and as a painter. One time my supervisor and me were disassembling some scaffolding. My supervisor answered his cell phone and stopped paying attention to what he was doing. Next some of the scaffolding fell on my head. (I was alright.)

You obviously weren't alright. You now post messages on the internet to people you've never met.

I don't think any of us are alright... it's fantastic!
