I have to say, this is going in my top LRR video's ever. I couldn't stop laughing at the nunchuk reference and the utterly revolting punchline.

You have my sympathies for needing to vocalize the events of that, ehh, video.

I was amused by the bit about Nickelback. "No, you're not in any trouble, we just want to know why."

Disturbing, disgusting, depraved, disenchanted, dystopian, desolate... Oh, the feces porn references...:/

Witty and humorous signature here.

Re: Annette, Internet Receptionist
That is the BEST one in a long time
first the dry, no lol, humor with Kathleen
and then the fact that Andy have a great time right beside her made me rofl
Brilliant
also, awsome dollyshots
and... should Russ Pits still be on the credits?

Re: Annette, Internet Receptionist
This was quite good. I was able to figure out most of the references, except where she was reading off partial tidbits of information about New Jersey & other places. Was the window scrolling too fast or something?

Re: Annette, Internet Receptionist
I think that was referencing the recent thing circulating the internet that clicking on the first link in any Wikipedia article, then clicking on the first link on that page and so on will always lead to philosophy.
I probably could have explained that better.
Also, one of my favourite LRR videos in a long, long time. It took me a little bit to "get" it, but once I did the hilarity didn't stop.

Re: Annette, Internet Receptionist
Was the nunchuck/skateboard bit in reference to cH's viral video bit?
All-in-all, damn good. Loved the Wiki=loop bits.

My favourite part of the nunchuck/skateboard part is Kathleen's, "Yes, it's very funny."
But yay for gross punchlines... perhaps I should have reconsidered watching this first thing in the morning.

Re: Annette, Internet Receptionist
Great fun Although I find Kathleen complaining about having to describe fluffy kittens to be a bit too unbelievable... unless she is actually the user on the other end of the line... self deprecation... actually that's quite clever if it is

Nice nunchuk jousting reference there. I lost my shit at hotmail being confused with a gay porn site. Twice.

What's bad is that both times I was expecting a fanfiction joke.

That was a pretty awesome video. Definitely sharing that one around.
I'm not sure why, but I found Kathleen's receptionist voice rather cute.

It ended on philosophy, so it was no doubt a reference to the mouse-over text of http://xkcd.com/903/ (or perhaps a different source of the same thing). I think it might have also been about the tendency of wikis and such to suck you into a temporal vortex of endless link following, but that might have just been an unintentional side effect.

Re: Annette, Internet Receptionist
Great video.
I just find the part where Kathleen asks, "Do you really need to see so many cat pictures." -and- "Oh. Oh, I'm very sorry." to be very weird.
What did the other person say? "I have a disease that causes me to require cat pictures to live." Just so odd.

There's a lot of people who go to the internet for kitty pics when they're feeling down for some reason. I assume the person said that they were feeling miserable and needed cute kitties to perk up.

This.
Entire.
Video.
Was.
AWESOME.
Also, I laughed pretty much the whole time. It definitely took me at least 15 minutes to get through it once because I had to keep pausing.
I dunno who called in for the Wikipedia loop, but it was great. As was the Nunchuck Fail reference.
The 2girls1cup part was... yuck, disgusting. I now know why I have never seen it and never will. Well, more than just "because it's gross," which is what I had before.
Amazing video.
