In the script he's just "Bro" but that's not good enough either.

"Spring Bro"? I feel you should get the character's quintessential 'bro-ness' mentioned; as it's goes beyond simply "someone creepily happy about Spring" :)

Yeah, so I had to switch the audio from headphones to speakers, and make zyxst watch this; usually she obliges me, rolls her eyes occasionally and gives me placating platitudes afterwards. ("Thank you, dear. Yes. That was really funny.")

...but this time she started giggling, and didn't stop. She even shrieked once or twice, too. (dat ice cream!)

If you guys want avatar versions, I'll work on resizing them to be smaller/square. Some of them are pretty big gifs so it's tough to make them small enough to work as avatars but I can try!

Want a name? How is "Spring-heeled Jock"?

Punny! Very punny, noble one! :)

Oh, and after playing it again but in the background, I just noticed there was a soundtrack for the first time.

Damn, getting old is sucking; before long I'm gonna be totally missing out on all this Bradley Rains-awesomeness. :(

Best. Video. Ever. Seriously. I cannot stop laughing. I watched it twice and laughed just as hard. The profanity delightfully surprised me! I like how it's kept to a small amount in other videos where it's just not needed, but then having a SHITton of it in one whole video is really refreshing. I can't WAIT for the Loading Time!

Seems like everyone did a double take on that one.. And it also seems that it's universally agreed that this video is the ultimate video.

How do you do it? I can't even get decent still frames from the stream, let alone enough for GIFing.

Yeah, it wasn't until I got home and listened with headphones that I heard it... It's the soundtrack from MEN, isn't it?

I…

*dramatic pause*

disagree.

(dun dun DUN!)

While I was watching it, I was definitely thinking, "Oh, it's very clever and well done", but it never really made me smile. Not that I don't get it– Man Cooking and Powerthirst are two of my favorite things ever, so I definitely enjoy the INSANELY OVER-THE-TOP FOUL LANGUAGE DELIVERY, but I just felt like Graham's performance came out a little forced. I feel you guys definitely could have used Morgan on this one.

I can see why it's good. But it just never hit the right spot for me.

Sorry. You may now begin with the ritual stoning.

psychopompos. I do SO agree with you. I really liked the concept of this video, and even the execution. However I never laughed. I watched it twice and the second time still didn't help.

And summer is obviously superior to winter and spring. (and autumn too while we're on the subject)

Can't. Stop. Laughing. I'm seriously considering using this instead of Magicland when introducing people to LRR in the future.

There are so many things that could make awesome shirts in this. I really want a "Suck it up chungus! Fill your lungs with that sick floral scent. It's the shit!" shirt now.

You can tell Graham has been inside since January editing Strip Search by his lack of skin colour.

I am on team summer especially if it is summer in Victoria.

#TeamWinter, all the way. Summer is either wet when it shouldn't be or too hot to be practical, autumn is just plain depressing and spring is so full of its own insufferable optimism it makes me want to vomit. The only nice thing concerns the return of hard grounds for rugby, and half the time it doesn't have the good decency to do that either. At least winter is honest in its coldness and bleakness; it is a time for fires, for sitting at home doing little and/or doing manly things in the freezing cold. Winter is awesome

ZOMG, I just had a realization: Graham was NOT ACTING THERE - he really was that enthused by the prospect of direct sunlight and temperate weather, and that shell shocked by work-induced cabin fever, that he just snapped, dragged Paul everywhere, and we were lucky enough that Alex was fiddling with a camera at the time and caught his entrance, then he signaled to Cam and Kathleen to back him up while they recorded the 'thaw' for posterity.

;)

But seriously; I'm guessing the video got inspired my some spontaneous 'bro-ish' declaration by Graham after a long, indoor editing session. :)

I swear, I WILL turn this thread around and none of you will be getting any ice cream! NO. ICE. CREAM.

I didn't see anything being forced at all, Graham seems to generally love doing that kind of comedy character, and it shows.

Sure, comedy is subjective, but dis shit is tiiiiight![/Imsowhite]
