Ways to Hide a Body

Postby Graham » 20 Apr 2007, 17:22

Because sooner or later, it's going to come up.

Hey, how many people actually got that one joke? You know... the one no one got?

I didn't get it. Unless I did get it and I just don't know what joke you're talking about.

Any qualms anyone had, anything anyone was saying about you guys not being up to par of late: they cannot say that about this video. Definitely, definitely, hilarious. I laughed out loud in a number of scenes and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I didn't understand the 'weekend at Bernie's part two' - was that the joke no one would get? Because I didn't get it.

I got the Weekend at Bernies 2 reference. I loved those 2 movies when I was growing up. I had the first one on VHS. The second one is not as funny. 8)

It's never really comedy until you drag a reanimated corpse through the sand and then cite 'The Batman Movie.' With calypso music.

I so called the "putting him in the Homo Mortuus Reserve" way. As soon as I saw that it was Paul playing the dead guy I thought that this is part 1.5 of Pwn'd. I looooved the Fatality way also! (haha, Morgan doesn't get to dragon kick someone, but I suppose an uppercut will do)

Awesome work guys, this one's getting ranked in my favorites 8)

Haha, great one guys. I should have know something like this would come around eventually. I got the joke to a point. I did realize what it was about, I just didn't get the connection to the movie.

I like the WoW part best.

Matt- Sorry Graham, Paul's busy with WoW.
Graham- But I really need to talk to him.
Matt- You'll have to come back later. He's grinding in Orgrimmar.
Graham- .....you can grind in Orgrimmar?
Matt- Yea, so come back later.

I am guessing Paul was the dead body since he is the smallest and lightest, and because he has experience playing a dead body (Pwn'd, The Aftermath, The LoadingReadyRumble).

Holy crap.

Another falling-out-of-the-chair laughing guy here. I was cooking and you made me burn my Pel'menis but god damn this was hilarious.

Edited:

Okay, now that my pel'menis are done, I have questions and comments!

1.) Using Wiimotes in the "Weekend at Bernie's" thing was awesome.
2.) I am somewhat embarassed to admit I've seen Weekend at Bernie's II. You have made this fact hilarious, however. Will we ever find out what treasure he is seeking?
3.) Paul does an amazing job of not looking painfully crushed under the weight of the rest of the LRR crew. Excellent work!
4.) Will you be making "Homo Mortuus Reserve" signs available? I need one for this year's Halloween decorations. I think that one was just a piece of paper but it would be awesome to have a semi-official-looking (or just dyed plastic) sign.
5.) BUNNIES!
6.) Paul makes a great Scary Zombie.

That's it! Thanks for doing all this once again.

EDITED AGAIN FOR STUPID.

I loved the WAB2 reference, it was indeed golden.

However what really impressed me is Paul's ability to hold the Taxidermy pose so well for that shot. In previous videos like "The Bet", you can notice slight movement between the individual "shots" of the Graham mind-snap scene, but I suppose that might be more due to the length of setting up each shot and the time between each clip being much longer than the Taxidermy shot.

~Alja-Markir~

Addendum - Based on light sheen, color, and physical appearance (as well as liquid residue afterwards), I would hazard to guess that the Will He Blend meat bit is a prepackaged slice of roast or corned beef, probably the latter.

Addendum No. 2 - The last scene looking out from the locker confuses me. It's interesting that Jer can pull off the same kind of crazy odd Whatever Thing grin that Graham does, but the others have completely different facial expressions. Morgan looks normal, Matt looks like he's showing off dental braces, and Paul looks like a Muppet.

I just rofled the waffle I ate for breakfast. Geez, way to go guys.

I thought it was awesomely good, but at the very beginning with The Classic I thought THAT was gonna be the Canabalism. So I was like, "Um, eating someone with a Spoon?" And then I got it. xD

And by the way, the Bunnies are unavoidable if you're anywhere near UVic. They're EVERYWHERE.

Really good, though it really shows the fact that Paul really masters only two characters, the really crazy excited guy, and the dead body.

Also, I liked the ending, though Paul's eyes were creepy, and I like the Sam Raimi, but then again, what CAN'T you do with a Sam Raimi effect

This one was great! My favorite would have to be the Solid Snake. For a minute I thought you guys couldn't figure out a way to fit the Sam Raimi in there, nice work on surprising me. :D

Best one in a while. You guys haven't lost your touch. The "Will it blend?" part made me laugh out loud, and the taxidermy part was genius.

Both the Weekend at Bernie's bits and the Taxidermy scene stood out for me. Paul looks surprisingly ferocious! :D

AWESOME.
Also, I need someone to make a .gif: I won't be using it, but it'd be awesome.

Paul hopping up and down at the end, hands up, all deadlike. Make it go back and forth, it'd look awesome.

Also, I was disappointed Bill didn't drink the meat.
