Definitely entertaining.

Graham, I have to say. You are very talented at controlling Gibb. It looks so fluid and natural.

probably something similar to the reason that the title of "Harry Potter and the philosopher's Stone" was changed to "harry potter and the sorcerer's stone" for the american release.

E.g. Americans are a bit lacking in the "knowing about stuff" category.

The Revver name bar has a different title listing for this video.

Quick question: is the "BONUS -" considered part of the video title?

Ash isn't listed as appearing in the video.

A very reliable source told me everybody died and that since his three greatest enemies were destroyed Voldemort was free to run rampant on Hogwarts destroying anything and everyone in his path.

That's likely because the Canadian copy is from the same publishing house as the British copy. Americans can be cockfags like that, requiring their own special copy and cover art.

I know as my friends who lived in England usually get the British version as purchased by their friends still there.

At Bolen's (The other big bookstore in Victoria) everyone had to queue outside. In the rain.

I almost feel bad for not going with my friend to get his book... that looked like it was quite fun, if not potentially life-threatening (I hear at some places people were getting robbed for their book, kinda like at the PS3 launches)

Oh, and Kara- you're a HUUUUUUGE geek. Just sayin'... :P

I'm gonna pretend I was the inspiration for the video, even though you probably would have done it without my suggestion.

I'm kind of wondering how you made this video and put it on the website two days before the book came out.

And seriously, this site needs MOAR GIBB!!!

Yeah. I was.

Well, I wasn't the FIRST 'cause there were contest winners who got it directly.

But I was the first person in line to get 'em. That counts for something. It's sort of luck that I was first too...

By the way. MATT SUCKS. Not even finished the book...

Nyet! The Canadian books are published and distributed by Raincoast Books in Vancouver. But they use the same cover art as the UK editions.

You went to Chapters? CHAPTERS!?

We, at Bolens, had a fire breather, and stilt-walkers, and jugglers, and light-dancers, and fortune tellers, and THE KNIGHT BUS....

But...well....your loss....
