Sorry I couldn't be bothered with reading through 10 pages of posts, but every time I have viewed this video I have really enjoyed it.

I was wondering: have you guys gotten any feedback from anyone involved with the Halo series? Because this is an awesome tribute!

One thing keeps bugging me about this video, which is otherwise wonderfully done.

If Halo was the cause of the downfall of human civilisation, why would we build a Halo when we get our act back together? :?

Because it wasn't really a wake up call, and society rebuilt based on the teachings of the game. Misinterpreted by future generations to mean: build a halo.

And exterminate all other life in the galaxy?

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Misinterpreting the past is what always makes the future so good, it is inevitable.

Is dreamhack in Norway or Denmark? I think that's where that LAN was.

I hope the heavy post production and the trouble(?) of getting Ash to voice again won't stop you from rewriting and remaking this some day. The Halocaust needs more public exposure! It's just too good! Do you have any other mockumentary type videos? You seem to be pretty damn good at making that sort of video.

Oh wow, up until about 1:40 they were fairly accurate...

Of course, who could predict the phenomenon that would be COD. Were it not for COD, this may have been an accurate prediction of the future.
