the voice originates way back when matt and james waould play starcraft constantly. The female voice asking you to "mine more minerals" over and over annoyed me so I would mimic it from across the room in a stupid voice at first and then I started to mimic it perfectly. Matt was pretty freaked out when he started hearing the voice come from different parts of the room until he realized it was me.
and yes I did do the cover art to halo 5

Well made, funny and above all quite timely from a site-pimping perspective. Fantastic job with the narration Ash, you made the video!
I just noticed that the bit with Reggie in slow-mo looks a lot like he's saying "Oh, shit!" Intentional?

Feck...I uncharacteristically forgot to anticipate this week's video and the rest of the thread is now tl;dr.
This is a GREAT video and Ash's narration was very professional sounding. Was there any electronic post-processing done to the voice at all?
I haven't played any of the Halo games but I don't think you had to have played it to get the video as it's making fun of the hype and not so much the game itself so I can see this video being massively popular.
My prediction - it will break into the top five within the next week.

To LRR is human.
you have to colour it yourself. I apologize for the poor inking quality I literally did this in about an hour and a bit before heading out to a costume party.

so the big question will be:
who will have the more popular video? MS fanboys & this video or Nintendo fanboys & "rejected wii play games"?
Only time will tell! (it would be really really really really sad imho if the wii one wins over this one. Not because of the video quality, but because halo is more popular with gamers. Although everybody at work & my parents thought the wii one was great... they wouldn't know what halo is).
