Bump in the Night
This is a bit of an experiment. If you want, close your eyes and think of it as a radio play.

I had to do that. It just didn't work as a video I think.
um... what?
I mean, I get the radio show concept, but really now... if someone was breaking into your home, why would you just let the duck handle it? What happened to the police that came by anyways?
I think you have the right idea, but it just seemed anti-climatic especially with Paul just sitting there...
Maybe also, for the radio show approach, maybe more sound effects would help like: the sound of the door opening and closing when the police come and whatever. I think I have to watch it again to understand it.

who would have guessed that staring at Paul could be so funny?
I presume you made the recording first then played it live for Paul to listen to?
and great job Paul! avoiding eye contact with the camera for that long is impressive, combined with some really good facial expressions.

You know that rabbit in Monty Python and The Holy Grail? Well, that duck is the rabbit's friend. It's a Killer Duck.
Which makes this video seven shades of hilarious.
As for those who naysay the video format, check out Paul's expression near the end. Scared of the Killer Duck!

Using they is not that bad in this case as not only are Graham and Morgan unsure of the gender of the resident but they are also unsure of how many people are in the dwelli

The podcast this week should be informative.

LOL!
Save for yet another grammar lesson, this vid was hilarious!
(grammar lessons = not funny)
Where'd this vid idea come from? I seem to recall a podcast where Jer or someone had a dream about a duck or something... ...could it be that?
Also, at the end when the duck started watching Last Comic Standing, is the duck laughing at the bad duck joke, or is it a promo featuring Quackers who would be appearing on the show (and the reason why the duck was tuning in to watch in the first place)?
Great job!

Well.
Certainly interesting.
For the most part, Graham/Morgan were very funny, but staring at Paul gets boring after 2 minutes (sorry Paul!) Although there were definitely funny times from Paul. Especially the end, Paul was great there.
Honestly, most of it was a bit sub-par, but I absolutely LOVED the ending. From about when the duck attacks to the end. Paul had stupendousss reactions at the end.

It was a great idea, but the voices were WAY too hard to understand--I had to crank the volume to make out what the whispers were, and whenever they went into a full-volume line/bit, I had to crank it right back down. Could be an Andy Kaufman-type gag, where we're the butts of a meta-joke, but it didn't strike me as being terribly intentional.
Very well-written, though--perhaps some indication as to why Paul kept looking at his cell phone and not dialing the cops (dead battery, no signal, etc) could've helped a bit, but the idea of having the only on-screen characters hiding under the covers seems to work pretty well for me.
