Matt's character in this one really reminds me of his role in E-Zed Industries. He does the whole great-enthusiasm-covering-for-totally-pissed-off quite well.
Hmm. A note on the EZ video, writing is credited to the "LRL Cast". Friends of LRR?

EZed is a video adapted from a sketch the crew did at the Victoria Fringe Festival. The name of their show was Loading Ready LIVE, hence the "LRL" notation. It happened in late summer 2006. It is also where we get "AWESOME We... Shot This."

Equal parts of win, awesome and Matt in this episode. Seriously, the man's got incredible talent, and I still felt he was holding back a little. Plain amazing. I haven'T laughed this hard since "toilet humor". OK, maybe I have, but I'm just glad it worked out so well. Congratz!
I agree on the swearing though, I understand that it's for emphasis, but I don't really feel it's ultimately necessary, since you're already using other means of doing that. Maybe a cut version would be in order, like PG-13 or whatever you have in Canadia. Then you can show it to your kids and they won't take after you guys so much. Just think, you'll be starring in their 2040 christmas special...

I would also like to see the fast forwarded footage.
I liked Matt coming out with various hats on (like police man's - want to hear that rant), and at the end the James Masterson School for Dictatorial Improvement hat offer
Good to see that Matt is becoming a more active actor in LRR. (instead of just driver).
Also liked seeing the outdoor shot, of the shop.
And at the start with Matt !pointing! at Graham.
Very nice

Oh my gosh, what a weird place to respond to a post. But I guess it makes sense, since the other one was locked due to an outbreak of Paul.
Yeah, I was pretty choked. I've been reading Shamus' stuff for a WHILE now, and I was excited reading Chainmail Bikini. Then I was fretting when they went on such a huge hiatus, and then they were getting closer to coming back... And closer, and closer... and... Kaput.
But, even if Shawn is sussing out because he doesn't enjoy drawing the comic anymore(which is something that can be appreciated, and at least he admitted it and put it out there, as opposed to, say, abandoning ship without any notice.), Shamus is still writing, so there's still plenty to read, and he does his own comics, as he's always done.
Nothing quite as epic as DMotR or CB, though. At least, not yet.

This is pretty much the most swearing LRR has done in a video. Usually they try not to drop the F-bomb that much.
I'm sorry, what was my thought..? Oh yes! "Canadia". Really? Seriously?

After listening, I hear Jer on the audio going over the cassette section, so technically should he be listed in the credits for the video? Or does this go too far into LRR geekdom.
EDIT: I "think" I hear Jer..but I could be horribly horribly wrong.
I am going to go watch a
