I liked Graham at the end it sounded so sincere.

"Ohhh! oh god ow! Right in my face! Ohhh Jesus I've got a poppy seed in my eye! Oh it burns! Why!?!

Well they did hit him with a real bagel, and it was thrown several times for that perfect shot. LRR, such perfectionists.

Graham: "ow! uh, that one really stung guys"
James: "Great! Could you look directly into the bagel next time? We'd like some tears."

This video exactly is like me and my mates logic, not to mention our feelings for food (specifically, the epic struggle between bagels and donuts).
PS-I recently showed them the Iron Man trailer you guys made, and they were on the floor laughing.

So with Graham moved out now Paul has to resort to drawning the shopping list as well?

I watched this, this morning but I've only just got the Bakalva joke.. *sigh*
It was really too big:

I give you this instead

I commend Graham for donating his face to such a worthy cause. It takes a real man to take a bagel in the face. Except for Paul; his face repels bagels with some great force.

I was afraid no one would get it.

I feel like I should recognize this and every other bagel reference there ever was, but I don't. =(

Regarding this thread's PUSA references, I salute you good people for your excellent taste in music, and your dedication to the only grunge band that ever really mattered.

Secondly, regarding the donut / bagel quandary, which is better... I propose a fusion of the technologies. A donut is a fried ring of sweetened dough. What if you instead fried a sweetened bagel? It'd become a strange combination of the two, at once bagel-esquely filling and thick, but then also cakey, crumbly and sweet like a donut. The perfect foodstuff.

But what to call it? The Bagut? No, too close to baguette. The Donel? Might get into conflicts with the Scots. The Banut? Nah, sounds like banana nut. The Dogel? Sounds like boon-doggle, or perhaps dog gel, neither any good.

Clearly we have no other option. It must be called The Olmos.

With Graham's new found fear of Bagels, it stems off into all carbohydrates, and he is forced into the Atkins diet.

2009 - Graham moves to Alaska. While learning the 42nd word for "snow", he develops his own words for the phrase "tear soaked bagels". The Eskimo people shun him for his new language.

2010 - Banished from the Village, he goes to live with the nymphs. Unfortunately, 1: He thought nymphs was short for nymphomaniacs and 2: wood nymphs aren't real.
Disappointed, he returns to Canada, and opens up a Donut shop. Paul is his best customer.

2013 - Paul undergoes sextuple bypass surgery to prevent his cadio vascular system entirely shutting down, and the LRR crew holds an intervention to help him "beat the bulge" brought on by his binge donut addiction.

2014 - Bill eats a long expired teriyaki squid flavored japanese yogurt smoothie and transforms into Billiam William Jiggawatt, a forty foot monstrosity from legends of yore.

2015 - Morgan is elected Prime Minister of Canada on a platform of "Not Fucking Shit Up, And Also Making Some Basic Improvements To Life And Stuff, Yeah", garnering worldwide fame for his sweeping social and political reforms, and spawning a sexual revolution of epic proportions when he posts nude self pictures online after a night of heavy drinking.

2018 - Graham is tragically found dead in the Canadian wilderness, apparantly mauled by sharks.

2019 - A collapsed global conspiracy shocks the world. It is determined that a planned series of key governmental coups led by the Illuminati was foiled by none other than Graham Stark, who faked his own death in order to infiltrate their ranks and expose the conspiracy. Despite the existance of such a conspiracy, it's nature and structure are such that all conspiracy theorists are ironically still completely wrong.

2025 - First contact is made with the Vulcans, ushering in a new age of Space Exploration.

3082 - The time traveling demi-god Alja-Markir is born under the Sylar'jkal Slave Regime and leads a devastating revolt against his Australian Robot Overlords, disappearing into the time streams when the Sylar'jkal Headquarters is destroyed in a nuclear explosion.

2008 - This post.

1993 - Break dancing session with MC Hammer.

Great video again you guys never fail to make laugh. It was good to see that all of Paul's bagel prowess from high noon is being used. Also Kathleen's animation was hilarious more of this please.

Halfway through the video, I decided that I would post my favorite lines from the video in the discussion thread

However, after seeing the entire video, I've realized that were I to post all of my favorite lines, it would simply amount to a copy of the script, and LRR would sue me for copyright infringement.

I loved flipping the shopping list over.

I love the shopping list gag. There's just this gorgeous simplicity in the moment where James sees the "upside down" bagel and all of a sudden it makes perfect sense.

Ha, loved the labcoat joke. In the future we need more labcoat-Paul, and on that note, we also need more angry-Paul, dead-Paul, & how about some dead, angry-labcoat Paul (or, better yet, angry, zombie-labcoat Paul).

So were the statistics made up purely for the script, or are those the actual statistics regarding Canadian household injuries and bagel consumption? (ignoring, of course, the sketchy attempt to correlate the two.)
Also, does that mean that different countries might have different ratios of safe-to-deadly bagels? I mean, I'm safe since I don't eat bagels (go Donuts!), but still, it's an important factoid to know, just in case I find myself stuck with nothing but bagels to eat.

Imported Danish bagels are twice as safe?

Or perhaps it matters where you eat them, since it's the accidents on average in the country you are in...
