Consider this signature a museum piece, since I love it and am unlikely to change it ever.

RAPIDFIRE OWNS! the club skit with Nate was the best in this paticular episode, followed by the coffee shop skit.

The byob at the end of Morgan's campaign speech was hilarious.

As old and passe as this joke is, it would have to be Jer in the Muscle Santa suit running on to do that. And I probably would have laughed pretty hard.

Also, yes I agree that the original RapidFire series was the backlog due to LRL. However, if you listen to the podcasts for the RapidFire episodes, they say that they enjoy doing the RapidFire bits, because they can film a bunch of little visual gags, Riley/Rodriguez bits, and interstitials in one day, and Graham can edit them into more than one video over a period of time, and that saves them the time to shoot a running gag (the visual lead up to the really bad joke like S1E1, and the "It's a bird" in this one) and edit it in time to get it uploaded for instant gratification.

But because the forums have loved the Rapidfire series so much, our constant fanboy squealing must have coerced them into doing more.

But yeah, backlogs are good.

PS: if they ever did the Riley/Rodriguez slash as part of Rapidfire, I'm pretty sure I would die happy.

I wonder how the "Nate the Creeper" character is gonna do with striking out on pickup lines? If you need any extras, I can try to come up with a few really bad ones.

Great job guys, that Radpidfire was awesome, even if it didn't have me in it.

I definately did not pay off theashigaru, Lord Chrusher and whereibelong to say they wanted the explanation skits back.

By the way, could someone post a picture of the James as Rodriguez from both seasons? Seriously, you can tell how much weight he has lost in the past two years. I noticed it right away.

Great sound effect for Clark Kent's laser eyes. Very nice.

The editing in this one is superb, as is the camera work. Excellent!

To give you an idea of how long ago we shot these, I have prolly lost another 10 pounds since then. I honestly think we shot those scenes like 2 or 3 months ago now.

Weeeeeee! A new rapidfire. Overall, this was better than the first ones, although for me, I still liked the first "I slept kinda funny" joke the best. Still, this one was great to see the Dark Overlord again.

I think people got a bit confused on the campaigners because of the camerawork there. Given I had never seen you use a crane, I was expecting something big. It wasn't until the second Morgan speech that I figured out it was an intro gag. So, I'd say the camerawork was a success given how noticable it was. Thus we expect more epic filming in the future!

Good job though.

Can't wait for more.

Funny:
3 of 4 it's a bird it's a plane - any three (remember the comedic rule of 3s!)
Coffee shop
Pickup line
"solid gold yacht. BYOB."

Not funny at all:
Two guys with hats (is this leading up to something? If so it had better be an amazing payoff to justify the dead spot in the middle of the video)
B boys
Detective and Rodriguez, sad to say. Kinda funny the first time of the first rapidfire, but never after that - a joke that doesn't grow in funny for me, but rather shrinks. Nice camera move at the beginning!

Tshirt ad was very funny. You guys do a great job of thinking of hundreds of different angles by which to sell them, and in the process making a great demo reel to ad agencies.

My Swedish Chef addon was making problems.

Also: Liebowitz? Any relation to Herschel Liebowitz from Eyewitness Accounts?

I have always thought the funniest is the detective who runs thru the whole thing about the suspect using the most obscure references and the cop is like, yea.....we already knew that....

There should be more on that, I think it's hillarious

What's really funny is that on the plane home yesterday I was wondering if LRR would ever do another Rapidfire & what it would be like. Imagine my spit take when I finally got back.

Edit:
Hmmmm. The return of Rapidfire... Do I smell a Loading Ready Live 2 coming on?

Definitely use of some sort of crane or equivilent in there. I noticed little wobbles it started to lift. That sometimes cant be avoided. Some of the best in the world sometimes you can notice a wobble.
