The persons that were previously sacked were in fact responsible for this whole website. Ergo, those responsible for the sacking have now been sacked.

Why is there any confusion about Rodriguez & the fridge? Riley is quite clearly speaking with Rodriguez over the phone when he enters the scene.

The other guys have stuff too, but the black Hawaiian shirt makes me chuckle.

I caught the Hawaiian shirt & really liked it.

Also, is that James yelling "Keg stand!"? A bit of mind-fuck there...he's standing right next to the podium...but...he's on the phone?

EDIT: Also, who was the person in green fleeing the house in the last scene?

I started chuckling at the request of an explanation for the rules of Cricket. The joke won't be funny anymore once I actually understand, though, and Graham's explanation was very good. Except for Obi Wan, I think I'm starting to actually understand the game.

Those demons are getting really good at hockey lately.

no he isn't.

it was intended as:

Riley: Rodriguez, I swear to god - it's 3 am.

Officer steps out from behind perp and it's not rodriguez.

Riley is surprised that it is not rodriguez.

Riley rolls with it and asks what the situation is.

Officer answers question and hauls perp off.

Rodriguez is not related to this episode whatsoever (mostly because James wasn't available when we shot it.)

The rules of Cricket explanation was very good, but I'm American and don't car/understand/care to understand. Also I don't like baseball either...

Ohhhhhhhhhh. My mistake then. And it still worked the way I misspercieved it. Thanks for the clarification M.

Same here. I think a certain subset of the audience just saw it coming. Then again, I think I've been conditioned by now to look for the Rapidfire Pun.

Also, the arrest of Fridged Guy is very funny to me for some reason. Maybe it's because it brings home the point that he really was killing all those people (and bunnies). Maybe I like dark humor.

As was undoubtedly said a quadrillion times before now, I saw the punchline for the running gag coming a MILE away. I found the fact that "spice" was plural for "spouse" and the entire running gag to be hilarious, except the punchline seemed way too obvious, and I haven't even read/seen Dune.

At first I didn't think that Rodriguez had been Fridge'd, but others on the forum changed my belief.

Then the crew changed by belief again.

My Dad is British. I don't understand cricket.

I really enjoyed this one. Much better than the last. Most things have been said already, but I will add that I was extremely relieved when it turned out to be a Dune reference and not Spice Girls.

Also, so glad it wasn't Rodriguez under the fridge. :D

Judging only from your linked sketch, I don't think it's going where you think it's going.

Well, we'll see who's right when episode six comes out.

Uh... Graham?

I may be in the minority here but Spice + Star Wars? I definitely don't get how Spice = Star Wars... (I should dig up that Star Wars RPG my friend made... I'll bet there's something about spice in there).

I wasn't expecting the Dun reference at the end, I was more like "where the hell could this be going?" and when it happened, I felt quite jubulant. I love unexpected Dune references!

Three cheers for the Hawaiin shirt! Small details like that just rule.

when we realized that there were five girls in the house and they were spice there was a flurry of spice girls jokes followed by acknowledgement that no spice girl joke ought to be made.

I'm having trouble watching it. :(

It wont load in QT or Flash mode in either Chrome or Firefox. Have I missed my only chance to see LRR talk cricket?

Oh! Ok! I get it. You have to have read Dune to understand the end. Gotcha.

whaaaat!? i can understand that many of you have not read dune, but have you not played dune II? y'know, the game that defined the RTS genre? or even seen the awful movie with the dude from twin peaks? FOR SHAME.
not such a rapidfire for me this week, as i went over my download limit and have had my speed shaped to unholy dialup speeds. 2 hour loading of a 6min video ftl.
i thought i was totally over rapidfire, but this one definitely spiced it up again for me(sorry).

FALSE!

I have not read Dune. I did, however, recognize the quote, and laugh.

I didn't see it coming as far away because I associate Spice primarily with Glitterstem from Star Wars.
