It is not just you that is strangely exceptionally attractive as a rugged mercenary.

Unfortunately, I don't have the requisite facial hair. Damn that Alex Steacy and his outdoing me in ruggedness!

Though I must say this must be the first time we've seen Alex without a hat, and/or without glasses. I had no idea his hair looked like that. Looks good! Mercenary-esque. Or maybe that's the eye patch.

There is no save vs. Desert Bus. It rolls 20s.

On d6s and d12s. Separately.

I'm so using that now. So if I have all four t shirts, would I have a plus-eight to sexy, or would I have to wear them all at once for that?

Probably not, bonuses like that rarely stack... And besides... that'd only get you up to a +0 net bonus anyways ;)

Oh no you didn't...

This has to be my favorite video in a long time (save the Commodore Hustles).

The ending is awesome. My roommates walked in to see what I was laughing about.

Best parts: 'welsh corgie' line, and the ending. By far.
I can't think of a signature.

That would definitely explain why it looks so much like Revy's Cutlass from Black Lagoon.

First thoughts on the gun: "Hey, that looks like Revy's Cutlass. Maybe it was a real gun."

I can't pull off the kind of facial hair Alex has. It looks stupid on me.

Overgrown sideburns/mutton chops look less stupid, but still not as good as clean-shaven.

Would this "old friend" happen to be alive? Or would it be the person you "accidentally" killed so you could take their super-awesome looking gun from them?

I would like to think that Graham's character was actually Guy Phillips; it fits canonically.

I was constantly smiling throughout the video (which in US equivalents is laughing out loud) and at Paul's "That many!?" line I laughed out loud (equivalent to completely losing it).

I'd really like to see Paul's bespectacled, bow-tied mercenary again sometime. Sure, he could be just a throw-away character for that video but I really feel he has some promise. That, & it's my favourite gag from the video. It makes me laugh every time :)

Except that he would probably solve the problem by praying to Saint Guntramnus, patron saint of divorced people, guardians, and murderers.

Quite possibly, and after doing so was "guided" to Kane & Crowthorn.

It was clearly Guy Phillips' accent.

Wow...not a bad short! At first I thought that the whole thing would be the ad for the mercs and maybe a bit at the end showing them assassinating something, but this definitely works. Paul was a funny addition. Was that a pee-hitting-floor sound when he heard that he had to kill a whole one person?

Other comments: vari-colored LRR logo! Blasphemy! I enjoy that "Yakuza" was pronounced more-or-less correctly. Alex was totally not handling that "firearm" safely. That commie.
Specially YOU, White Mage! ~_^

The sound with Paul was him trembling with the uzi hitting the table.

Haha! Just another piece of evidence that I have no ears :P (Though really, Uzi-chattering-on-table and pee-hitting-floor are similar sounds, right? Right?? Don't break my world!)

Actually, I believe the rattling was the plastic air-soft pellets inside the gun.

Mercenary Paul can handle up to half a man... Or so I'm guessing.
My train of thought is more like a roller coaster that has loop de loops and no safety bars.
I don't know if I'm tall enough to ride.

Guys that was priceless.
Just the "That many???!!!??" from Paul was woth watching. And the merchenaries just look from another DIE HARD Movie. :)
While Kathleen somhow reminds me of the "Sexy-Girlfriend-of-Terrorist-leader-which-is-killed-in-the-middle-of-the-movie".

Graham is also very great again. I like when he looks so completly nerdy.

So: a VERY nice job you guys did here.

Something is quite messed up when the guy seeking to kill a man comes across as the rational one.

o.O

The man has a point.

I loved this video. Especially the things written on the board behind the projector screen. I actually paused the video to read it, then had to wait to stop laughing so that I could get the mouse over the play button. Excellent job, guys.

I don't see an issue with it.

The sheet that Kathleen holds up at the end of the advert--is that an XKCD comic? Looks sort of like one from that far back...

I'm also shocked that still no one has seen the last part of my post above.

You know, where I responded to Tensen's burn with an "Oh no you didn't"...

In the thread for the video about Mercenaries...

I THOUGHT YOU ALL WERE GAMERS!!!!! COME ON!!!!!!!
