Great video! Slow buildup, but the payoff in the end was a pretty good laugh from Graham's last line (Ad-libbed too? Nice, not sure how funny the video would have been without it). I liked the Paul/Graham interactions (both of you were awesome in this one), but ...something about Tim's performance seemed forced or something.
Don't get me wrong Tim, you seem like a cool guy, and I loved your Loading time contributions and all the other spots you've been in (Phailhaüs appearances, Good Boi, and other videos) have been great. It just seemed too fast this time. Hope I'm not being too nitpicky, seems like I do that too often on these forums.
The ad was awesome as well! This video had bookend chuckles!

There are things in this world that I dislike. One of the things I dislike the most is a serious argument, well constructed, delivered by someone who makes themselves difficult to respect.

Erroneous. The razor made it through alright.
Because Paul allowed it.
Considering the context, it really makes me wonder why the guy who robbed Paul didn't just kill him and then loot his corpse. Seems a lot more efficient. (Of course, the answer is most likely "because that would ruin the whole premise of the joke," but nevertheless.) Other than that nagging thought though, good show.

Well, good comedy is good social commentary. LRR's just isn't always so forefront as this video's.
I think there's less actual social commentary than you might believe.
Perhaps I misinterpreted it as such because I don't find making light of the murder of prostitutes in itself to be funny.

kill it with fire. That's the only way to purge the evil. Tear it into little pieces and set it alight outside of the Hot Topic from whence it came.TehXmasGhost wrote:shugotenchi wrote: Because Twilight fans are already dead, on the inside.

Not that I have much experience in the matter, but that seemed like a suspiciously empty police station. But I suppose murder been legal would do that.

It definitely isn't, but that's not where the jokes are.
Having said that, Paul initially wrote it the way we shot it, but during writing changed it to "killing my neighbour" to avoid "the hooker issue". But it wasn't as funny.
His crime needed to be more shocking to make his nonchalance about the whole thing work.

I see. So the joke is in the odd, unexpected answer to "What if murder was legal?"
I was distracted from the situational comedy by the unfortunate fact that these things do occur. Thanks for the response Graham.

No matter what you do, you'll offend someone; I'm all for LRR being 'potentially offensive'. Yeah, this was tight, but it didn't really click for me; but I don't have any critiscm. Also, we had a swarm of Paul written videos, followed by a herd of Graham ones. Is this a tag team set-up? Are we set for a Paul stampede?

No worries; I don't have any delusions about my acting capabilities at this point.

The gunshot
Maybe you should have put a red blob on Paul's hair after the shot. Might have made it a bit more realistic.

I don't know, the Good Boi bit of Rapstar 64K had me laughing out loud. Might just have been this one part.

I don't suppose that ditty had anything to do with this vid.
I picture that with to the Inspector Gadget theme, for some reason.
