Unsung heroes (and villans) of LRR
Unsung heroes (and villans) of LRR
I was giving it a thought how most of the LRR crew have been influenced in their daily lives by people all over the world. So just who are these people? Have you made matt change his toothpaste to keep it away from graham? Or we you that person who yelled at paul in the street?
If you have had a influence to the crew's lives and didn't get the thought you deserved, post here!
I will start..
I was the person who said DO A BARREL ROLL in the Desert Bus chat, it resulted in someone else paying and a foot being put through the moonbase V1.0 wall. Every time I saw the "not a hole" it made me laugh as much as the video i'm watching.

Re: Unsung heroes (and villans) of LRR
Anyone who saw the first 8 hours of DB2 would know this, but for anyone else:
I donated my entire US Economic Stimulus check to Desert Bus last year. Since James had just crashed & restarted the game, & also forgot to enter "LRR" as the driver name I had him change it to "Evil Jim." So I was the "driver" for a while until Sakimori X donated a grand sum to change the name again. The resulting collaboration was "Evil Sac."

Awesome as that was, to avoid similar crossed wires this year we'll probably just auction off the driver name to one person.
Possibly in a pre-show.
No promises, we're all just thinking out loud at this point.

Well I haven't really interacted with the crew too much just yet but I think they probably know me best for the Timeline of the LRRd, Phail Physics, and revealing the full extent of how easily stalkable they are

And by taking the stalking to a whole other level by traveling to Victoria from England.

To be fair there are few other places I could go without needing to learn another language or getting shot.

There's plenty. Hell, even in Canada you still have 9,984,000km^2 of places other than Victoria that you could have visited. Really you should have gone with what Elomin's planning on doing and gone to Toronto. Much more varied city, with exponentially more to see and do.

Lyinginbedmon is probably best known for writing brain-breaking, extensive, interconnected LRR-based chronologies & general post-whoring.

I really don't want to come across as mean, but I get the impression the crew don't really have an opinion on the Timeline of the LRRd

I was almost the Fixer for obtaining Tally's PAX ticket but she's a big girl and got her own.

I have the longest LRR community profile, and I have the 5th highest post count, below JesterJ, Master Gunner, Paul, and Graham.

I have a bag signed by Loading Ready Run. I also have a season 4 dvd set signed by Loading Ready Run. I also sent them a sound board once. Don't know if they use it or not though, since I haven't listened to podcasts in ages. Also, I am Magically Delicious.

At DBFH2, I brought a cauliflower, which rapidly devolved into me presiding over "3 girls 1 cauliflower".
Hilarity ensued.
Also, this one time I shot Tim in the face. 'Twas awesome.

These two things aren't related, are they?

During Anime evolution 09, I bought a shirt and some pins from Kathleen. I didn't have large denominations of coins, so she let me go a dollar short.
When I eventually procured another dollar, I gave it to her. She told me I restored her faith in humanity.

Re: Unsung heroes (and villans) of LRR
I bought Alex the Penumbra Trilogy on Steam. In the resulting Let's Play we all laughed when Alex completely lost it when he could not obtain the string from the box and smashed a box against a wall repeatedly.
In early AAALs I would give him very strange links to Japan related items, and then there was my question in regard to his fetish to a robot called FT (Female Type) "If I buy an FT and chop its head off will you hate me?"
Alex spat out his drink.

Granted the singing is mainly off key....

Umm... I'm still relatively new... I did start doing a LRR based webcomic, which kind of failed, but in my defense it was because of other busy engagements. I'm also, to my knowledge, the only ventriloquist Runner. That's gotta be worth something, right?
It's not much, but like I said, I'm still quite new. *bides her time*
