I have two costumes, as I have multiple parties and stuff. My main one is based off a character my friend made. Its fun to wear and I think I'll wear it again.
The second one I'm wearing because one of my friends had to go to the hospital earlier this week, and I just wanted to cheer her up a bit. I am going to that party as a schoolgirl. I have a plaid skirt, a white shirt, and a tye. I dont really know how schoolgirly then that. But its all for her! I'll probably change out of it soon though, I just want to see her face when I walk in wearing a skirt. [Heh, its her skirt too XD I borrowed it from her gf.]

I showed up! And feathery fun was had by all.
"I swear it," said the other mother. "I swear it on my own mother's grave."

"Does she have a grave?" asked Coraline.

"Oh yes," said the other mother. "I put her in there myself. And when I found her trying to crawl out, I put her back."

I'm from the UK, I don't know what Halloween is.

Well I do but to be honest we don't really notice it. We have Guy Fawkes night, it's less trick or treating and more fireworks go boom. It's November 5th.

I thought it was the 4th? or the 6th? But what do I know...

Got any effigies lined up for the bonfire?

I don't like the idea of effigies they're always too political. I think effigies (if you're going to do them in a so called civilised country) ought to be something like pigeons, because one left a nasty suprise on your car or something.

The thing is we ALLWAYS get Tony Blair, George Bush and David Beckham or a football manager or two. It's quite frankly silly.

The pictures of it turned out like crap, but the pumpkin itself was niiiice.

Except I carved "Sin City" into the lower-right hand side, 'cause a lot of people didn't get the reference.

--EDIT--

Just so's 'ya know, this is the source:

Good job.

I did another one of Marvin from the Hitchhiker's Guide movie, but it didn't turn out nearly as well.

Ew.

Still waiting to get my pictures back, Kathleen's costume was pretty sweet...although, I think that the pictures of that were taken with her camera, not mine. :?

Aright, I'm gonna bump this thread, 'caue I've finally summoned the nerve to suffer through a BSOD that my camera always causes, and (eventually) unloaded my pictures.

So, here's Marvin.

Again, the photo quality sucks. And the pumpkin this was done on wasroughly the size of a grapefruit, so I didn't have all too much to work with.

And this reminded me ( for some reason ) of something. We're studying Canada in Geography, and me and some other students are trying to convince out teacher to take us on a field trip to Victoria.

It is clear to me that some people have way too much time on their hands. My being one of them, though I don't do anything productive such as pumpkin carving.
