Yes, nothing hard to understand with that.
The most unique, nicest, and confusing individual you will get to know. Don't be stupid around me, that's my job.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
TimeCruiserMike can attest to a man who has in the past set an Olympic-sized swimming pool of water on fire, I'm reasonably certain Elomin can manage to set fire on fire.

Elomin is the Adele of LRR forums. He can set fire to anything.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
I'd rather set this Adele thing on fire. Stealing my bit.

It does seem harder every time, and longer every time. And when you're together life seems normal at last but it goes way too fast. I don't know how to help, but good luck with everything.

In response to an earlier message of mine:
Universe, thank you. Now let's not mess with it this time, ok?

Beginning to think I'm getting accustomed to emotional betrayal.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
I've just had a run of occasions where I've been pretty content with everything and then it's abruptly ended for one reason or another. Kind of hard to really enjoy the relationship when you keep wondering if it'll end any second now.

Ok, so I definitely have a date with a girl called Charlie. Just have to set a date for the date... this logistics stuff is complicated...

I've had similar experiences, except they've been with my own body.
On the upside, IRL I don't even have relationships start, so I don't have to worry if they'll end or not.
Fire is tricky when used on logistics - it's far more effective to use fire on the things causing you to need logistics.
Re: The Big Relationship Thread
Just remember the logistics involved in escaping said fire yourself, which, come to think of it, can be quite good advice for a rough break-up.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
I'm just going to imagine Elomin means inform her of your feelings after lighting a romantic fire and watching a soppy movie.
