I also have had 0 relationships. But my old school-friends seem to think I'm in one.

I'm not sure if it's they want me to be in one or what. And I don't think it's them being snarky either. One of them also tries to always give me dating advice, which I appreciate, but I have to constantly remind her that I'm not looking for a GF. To which she just rolls her eyes and sighs.

And for those of you who are about to say "Maybe she's giving you a hint," trust me, she's not.

I have a friend who thinks that I want to date every girl I look sideways at. It gets annoying.
My mother always pesters me about whether I have a girlfriend, to the point where I've actually started making a point of conveying that I'm single.
I think she thinks my brother and I are gay. Just because my brother shaves his legs and wears lycra doesn't mean he's gay, he's a cyclist.

0 is a nice round number, no sharp corners to cut yourself on if you trip.And odds are i am using them to validate me. Although the worse part is i get clingy even for the ones i never see due to the long distance.

I've had two relationships, but more partners. Nothing I would call a relationship since they didn't involve dating or anything like kissing or holding hands. The one exception could be a friend with benefits I had, if he counts then I've had 3?

But I don't think it counts when you're so not together that there isn't even a breakup or anything. Just, at some point you realise you haven't seen each other in months or years and so you're probably not friends with benefits anymore.

That would mean I broke up with one person and nobody broke up with me (the second relationship, I'm still in).

I have a LOT of experience getting rejected, though. I mean, maybe less than a lot of people, since I only asked out 5 people (they all said no) but I've asked everyone I liked enough to want to date them, and it's still a 100% failure rate with people I really, really liked, so it still sucks.

As with Ghost of Zero; I had a similar amount of questions from my mother but I ended the conversations a little differently.

I have had one, asked three people out, one said yes, and I have had someone told I was going to ask them out which didn't get a positive response so I backed down.

And my mother also likes to ask questions, once a month or so usually along the lines of
"You have a girlfriend yet?" or "are any of the girls that are going to be there your girlfriend?" I don't have anything clever to respond with though.

My mum is always telling me there will be time for romance after I graduate, finish grad school, and get a job.

Funny, given she met my dad in undergrad and then moved in with him and his mum afterward.

I've only been in 3 relationships. One was about 2 years long, long-distance, and ended in me being cheated on. The second one was 5 years long, half long-distance, and ended with me having become a different person. The third one is relatively new and still a work in progress.

And Memo, I'd like to hear the "story of Jenny," sounds ominous.

My longest relationship was 9 months, that was with the only one id deem an "evil" ex, and it was a pure cancer relationship that involved her emotionally cheating on me and trying to keep me from having a life of my own.
