Unfortunately, it far exceeds the level of complexity that a human mind is able to understand.

I first read that as the anniversary of your third wedding, but I have a feeling that's not what you meant

Yay! Happy leather anniversary!
Walk in like DeNiro, and leave like Brando.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
I'm frustrated because my ex said a month ago that he had sent his birth certificate to me so I can use it for the divorce, and I haven't received anything (in the past, letters took about a week to make the trip one way or the other). So I'm starting to wonder if he's been lying again, like he has been the past two years. This is very frustrating.
On top of that, my lawyer doesn't answer my emails or calls I've looked into getting another one, but I would need to re-apply for financial aid, and the other lawyer I found said the first appointment would have to come out of pocket either way, and he quoted me €85, which is close to two months of food, and it's not like my budget has any extra that could come from.
So once again, I feel a bit stuck. I can't ask for a visa until I'm divorced, and I can't seem to divorce after two years trying. We didn't have any property or children and we (or so he says) both want to divorce, so I feel like it should have been over with ages ago.

What if he were to mysteriously die of natural causes?
Because a six inch piece of steel through the throat will quite naturally kill someone. And I may know people.

Well, I wingmanned for a good friend of mine a little while back. Set him up for a first date with a very sweet girl. He has now been dating the girl for just over a month and they're really doing well.
So that's cool.

You would be surprised how many people have offered Thanks, I appreciate, but I really don't want anyone to die. We might not be in the best of terms right now but that doesn't mean I hate him or don't want him to live and be happy.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
Avistew have you thought of setting up a Kickstarter for your divorce. I'm not sure that's been done yet.
Also if you need fire, I have plenty.

I believe Kickstarter is US-only. Either way, I doubt anyone would donate, and what would the rewards be anyways?
I'm fine with fire. I find it's very easy to acquire.

It's when you ask people for money to cover things you have bought and used.
I once (jokingly) attempted to claim expenses for buying Tiberium Wars when on a trip to Edinburgh. Didn't get very far but the secretary knew I was having a laugh.

that really sucks Avistew =/
In my world, I'm actually getting a surprising number of replies on okcupid these days, had conversations going back and forth fairly pleasantly for about a week with a couple ladies, which makes a nice change to the usual non-responses.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
Me: [earlier, commenting on a post made by my crush] Would being kissed awake be a more pleasant way to begin a day?
My Crush: Are you offering? <3
Me: [later, on Skype with my crush] my post about waking you with kisses...
would it seem crazy if i said i'd want your mind and your heart before i accepted your body?
My Crush: No.
Not at all.
Me: it would be a trade, rather than a one way deal, too
My Crush: <3
-----------------
Guys, I might be the most oblivious fucker ever when it comes to reading people (I'd been ever more gradually stressing myself out with wondering how she felt about me over the last week or so), but I think I may still manage to get this girl...
