What do I want for Christmas?
So, my Mom has been asking me what I want for Christmas (she's one of those people who likes to get her shopping done a month in advance and just hide everything away), but I don't really know what to tell her.
Of course, when she asks, what she's actually asking is what video games I want (I'm generally limited to two, maybe three if they're cheap). You guys tend to know about this stuff, so maybe I can get some recommendations.
Things to Know:
- I only own a DS Lite and a Wii, and I have no plans to buy any other systems at this time, so please don't tell me to ask for a 360 or a PS3 just to be a smartass. I'm more interested in Wii games than I am DS games, but feel free to suggest DS games anyhow.
Edit: I also, y'know, have a PC, because I'm fucking dumb and it didn't occur to me until it was pointed out.
- I'm what I guess you'd call a "casual" gamer, in that while I'm pretty much constantly playing games (generally from noon until 2-4AM), they tend to (other than WoW) mostly be stuff like Mario, Pokemon, Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing, that kind of thing. The closest game I have to what most "hardcore" gamers would play is Twilight Princess, and even that I can only play during the daytime because it spooks me out. I mostly just play the first hour or so over again. That is obviously why I've never bothered with the other systems, there simply isn't enough games on them that I would play to make it worth it.
Help? <3

Fleshlight. Better than a game.

I haven't bought a game for my Wii _since_ Twilight Princess.
I would recommend thinking of some PC games for casual gaming though. They have some fun stuff (like Peggle or Plants vs. Zombies).

I may have done that if I had a penis, but alas, no such luck.
Those things actually kind creep me out anyways.

I do not see the problem.

Teledildonics then?
If you don't have Professor Layton or Scribblenauts for the DS, ask for those. Otherwise, no idea.

Re: What do I want for Christmas?
I'm not really technically inclined enough to riddle off stuff, but it's only four or five months old and has (or so I was told) a better-than-average video card, so I can't imagine there would be much I COULDN'T play on it.
Re: What do I want for Christmas?
Are you running Vista?
If so, open up you games folder and look on the right. It should show a score or say you haven't been rated yet.
If you haven't been rated, close everything except the window and then run the rating check. If you're 5.0 or better, you should have a lot of playable games.

Ew, absolutely not. I've got my XP and I'm sticking to it. xD
Re: What do I want for Christmas?
Right click "My Computer" and check properties.
The last line will have XXGHZ and XXXXram. What are those at?

I recommend Punch Out! for the Wii. It's much better than Mii Boxing.

Your two front teeth.
Go get a cheap copy of Knights of the Old Republic and Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords for the PC, then proceed to kick yourself in the face for not having a 360 and thus missing out on the awesome that is Mass Effect (or did they release a PC version? Hm).
Two good games for cheap...and it'll allow you to keep getting bigger stuff.

Maybe you should ask for your mom to donate to a charity on behalf of you. Last year from my dad I got cards that said I had gave X number of people clean water, a backpack full of school supplies and a goat to a family. I thought it was the best gift ever. They donate in your name.

How cool is that? A goat! I'd LOVE a goat! If I wasn't allergic to any animal with hair.

Plants vs. Zombies is incredibly awesome, but isn't available on store shelves AFAIK.

I'm hypoallergenic, and for just 100$ (plus travel and food) I'll show up under your christmas tree with a bow.
(make it 150 and I'll do it naked)

I'll give you 100 and a bottle of my special mix of booze. You'll hear colours guaranteed!
