The shields around Victoria went up half an hour ago and with the amount of power I've been able to supply to them now I've gone active they could take a direct impact from a comet. Outer fortification levels 45 through 30 are complete and their automated defences are fully operational. Levels 30 through 15 are at 84%. Fifteen through one are at 57% and the command level was completed three hours ago. LRR has been relocated to this level for their own saftey. First sightings of windmills coming in from the west are now confirmed. I am sending a delaying force.

Now we just have to hope that the R&D people come up with something to use against the windmills.
