As some of you may know, I've been working on a threadless collab called iZombie my art based on a friend's concept, and it's nearly done, and you can bet that I'll come here begging for scoring when it is.

However, I'm not here to talk about that, I'm here to talk about this old design of mine that I never subbed out of critique:

so, what do you think, should I just sub it and be off on my merry? Cause I don't want to go back to it, been gone too long, but I always did like it.

The Threadless community has bizarre tastes, odds are about split it'll either get ho-hum response, or otherwise a rabid exultatation.

I mean seriously, have you seen some of their more popular and weird disigns?

I like it, though I am a bit reminded of the Architect in that Matrix movie people with better taste than I maintain never happened.

the matrix universe consists of one movie, the animatrix, and some comics and short stories of sometimes excellent quality. so I do not know what you're talking about.

oh god it's true. I mean, it's virtually impossible to get a score higher than 3 out of 5, and, actually, anything with a score of 2 is in a printable range. i got so fed up with the threadless community and tendencies on that part that I haven't been on for about a year and a few months with new designs. I kept getting borderline printable scores, (2.2 range) but no printing, and I still actually get requests to start a cafe press store, which I may finally do after I start my new graphic novel and web series this year. I did keep subbing slogans, though, and now I'm finally hitting back with designs.

Do it. And if they say no, submit it somewhere else. I think it looks good, and at some point, whether immediately or later on down the road, someone in a position to actually market it will agree with me. There is no point leaving your art sitting around unviewed, is my opinion. Get it out there. Be proud of it!

EDIT: I do find it mighty interesting that people seem to think that the modern standards of sexual identity cannot be accurately applied to Shakespeare or his contemporaries.
