I'd say there is one possible exception, being the Harry Potter series, but as it is following a pre-written timeline and canon (each movie follows exactly one book), I don't know if you can really say that each movie is a sequel or prequel to another.

Also, since Harry Potter is shitty to begin with, it can't really "get" terrible at the fourth movie.

No it doesn't. The Bond films were NOT filmed or produced in order. Each one follows AT LEAST one book, some do much more.

One could argue that Bond is more of a franchise rather than a series.

okay guys, I just read something I have to add, and oh.... oh god... then, then I have to vomit, as this has made me physically ill.

Robert Pattinson is going to be the reboot Web Head.

oh.... oh god.... excuse me. I can't...

I think he's an alright actor, who is good looking, who happened to sign up for a role he didn't know anything about and got locked into a horrible role in a horrible series. I hope he is able to avoid being typecast forever.
