Glad you liked it!

Cinnamon's a good idea. How much did you use? I'm sure you could also substitute other flavorings for the vanilla; I'm going to try peppermint next time. This is my improved version of the recipe (the original had no salt or vanilla; it was pretty flat) and I'm still playing with it. What do you think it would take to earn that last NOM?.

4 T. flour
4 T. sugar
2 T. cocoa powder
2 T. oil
2 T. water
dash salt
1/2 capful vanilla

Add all ingredients directly into a microwave-safe coffee mug and mix thoroughly (make sure there's no unmixed flour hiding in the bottom corners.) Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave, until set but still gooey in spots. Let cool a few minutes, then eat with the spoon you mixed it with; no raw eggs to worry about.

You may have provided me with the tools for my own destruction. I recommend adding chocolate chips.
