Rhyscate (I took it from my Star Wars Encyclopedia)

You make it as you would a regular chocolate brownie but you add hazelnuts and 2 serving spoons of rum (rum I had was 20 years old). It was very nice.
The most unique, nicest, and confusing individual you will get to know. Don't be stupid around me, that's my job.

make normal brownies, but when they come out of the oven and are still warm, put chocolate chips on top and a couple of spoonfuls of peanut butter. Then once the chocolate chips have sufficiently melted, spread the peanut butter and chocolate together into a swirl of deliciousness. Then put it in the freezer to firm up the topping.

Is delicious!

I have this one typed for my blog but it is awaiting pictures.

This recipe uses the home made pancake mix from this site and has been adapted from a brownies recipe on the Hershey kitchen website.

1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 cup pancake mix
2.5 Tbsp cocoa

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. It will be glossy and with no dry spots but may be a little lumpy like muffin batter.
Pour in a mini muffin pan, a normal muffin pan or in a small oven safe dish.
This only makes 4 - 6 mini muffin size brownies! This is not a recipe that will make a lot for you and makes a great snack.
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes (My oven doesn't have numbers on the dial so bake time may vary a little keep an eye on it the first time)
It's done when the top starts to crack and get hard. It makes a yummy chocolate crunch topping all on it's own.

This recipe is very versatile and takes to additions really well. I have added a teaspoon of cream cheese to the top of the brownies before baking, added some chocolate chips, poured it over pieces of chocolate bar or over spoons of peanut butter. They are great on their own and also with some icing.

Here's the link to the pancake mix - http://cheap-n-cheerful.blogspot.com/20 ... e-mix.html
Here's the link to the Hershey's recipe - http://www.hersheys.com/recipes/recipes ... sp?id=5008

I make these quite often. about once a week.

Hey! What makes you think I'm watching you?

I mean, yeah, this is the first I've posted in this thread as a response to you, but it doesn't mean I'm watching you.

Oh, on another topic, that sock you lost? It's under the left side of your desk.

That's what you say, but I have proof!

As for brownies, I suggest never using nuts. There's nothing worse than biting into a nice soft brownie fresh out of the oven and cracking a tooth on a nut that has turned into a glowing red ember.

Single-Serving Mug Brownie

4 T. flour
4 T. sugar
2 T. cocoa powder
2 T. oil
2 T. water
dash salt
1/2 capful vanilla

Add all ingredients directly into a microwave-safe coffee mug and mix thoroughly (make sure there's no unmixed flour hiding in the bottom corners.) Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave, until set but still gooey in spots. Let cool a few minutes, then eat with the spoon you mixed it with; no raw eggs to worry about.

I'm not certain I could handle that much decadence. Chocolate, intercourse, AND ice cream? Might be a bit much for one sitting.

I will not damn anyone, thank you very much, and most of the others won't either.

A couple of the big boys would have, back in the day, but they've kinda retired from that sort of thing, grown too large, like corporations really. Worst they'd do is put him on a list of potentials for malicious reality alteration, which could range anywhere from him losing his keys to being horribly disemboweled somehow.

Okay I tried this recipe out, and here's my review.

I added a little cinnamon to taste, and I also added a little extra oil to get it to stir together more and become a batter. I cooked it for 2 minutes and let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes. In the end I ate it with nothing extra but a glass of milk. It turned out a little bit more like a cake than a brownie, so I may try it at 1.5 minutes. It's VERY good though, and I'd love to try it with vanilla ice cream. I will say that if you plan on making it to have with ice cream, use a mug that is larger by about 50%, it will let you get a good sundae out of it. Finally, it needs to rest for at least 3-5 minutes, cuz it will be PIPING hot before that, and it's hard to eat being that hot.

Good recipe though! Score: OM-NOM-NOM-NOM out of a possible OM-NOM-NOM-NOM-NOM
