Honestly Australia, what the heck?? {Mature}

So the latest in the line of WTF moments to come from Australia is the new ban on pornography featuring female models with small breasts because, and I quote here,
such images could be construed as child pornography, even where those publications comply with American law and keep certification that performers are over 18.

The worst part? Any site which hosts links to other sites featuring material with small breasts will also be censored, as well as any generic site which might host a single picture of a single model with 'small breasts'.

Honestly now, Australia, I know you're the home of Micheal Atkinson, you've placed bans on mature video games and mature rated movies are not allowed to be sold in general stores without blank covers, but seriously, the internet? Why? Its just ludicrous!

Part of me still wonders if all of this is just part of some massive viral marketing ploy by the Australian government to get the country back on the political map...

Story found here. Warning story mentions things pertaining to pornography.

You know what?

We should take the Great Barrier Reef, and just build it up, until it forms a massive wall around Australia. Of course we evacuate all LRR fans first.

This is really retarded. If it is for a reason based around child pornography, then it's another example of the hysterical attitude that peadophilia recieves.

Don't worry Mimm, there's still hope.

No laws about the gay porn industry. How do feel about ape-ing Blackadder, 'Bob'?

Wait, that doesn't make sense. I know (or knew, since they're >18 now) girls who are underage and have big tits. Can they do porn in Australia?

A comment on a different site referred to in a follow-up article of the same OP's linked article here

In every normal country with a normal Constitution equally aged adults have equal rights. What you are saying is that if an adult woman aged 18 looks a little bit younger she shouldn’t take photos. This is a basic violation of human rights.

I figured it probably would be a violation of human rights, I just didn't have the extent of knowledge or understanding to actually back it up. The question is, does anyone have the power to influence political decisions in Australia without resorting to war?

I think the only real course of action here is to form a committee to investigate the effects of small breasted porn on people. I, for one, am willing to volunteer both the time and the energy to lead the research in this field.

Then, porn actresses are forced to wear legal government IDs that display their legal name and age in full view of the camera during the entire scene.
