What language is this song?

I been to almost every translation website and tried every language that they had available, but I can't figure out what language this song is in let alone what it means in english.

is that "Moon"
From "Turn A Gundam" Yoko Kanno?
if so then last i thought it was meant to be the same language that numa numa video, which was romanian.
of course, i could be batshit crazy.

Looks a little like portugese or something, but it's not. I'm not really sure it's actually a language? (Maybe its Esperanto)

Ya, latin or latin based language. (Italian, Romanian etc.) It is not Spanish or Portuguese though. If it's true latin that might explain why it doesn't work in the translators (I doubt they have dead languages).

It's the original language version of
Moon.

A song arrange by Yokko Kanno and sung by Gabriella Robin* means it'll be turkey based lyrics (made up). Other examples include
Torukia and
Stamina Rose from Ghost in the Shell.
*Robin and Kanno are supposed to be the same person. The Live version or Moon was sung by russian singer Origa, who collaborates with Kanno on occasion and does turkey based lyrics songs once in a while (Diva, Lullaby, Electra's Song to name a few)

I agree that it's a romance language but not Latin. It certainly looks like nonsense lyrics to me, possibly something designed to sound like a romance language, or possibly using random words from romance languages. I see a couple valid Latin words, a couple valid Spanish words, and a couple valid italian words, but it's possible that they're loanwords or share derivation but are from a common language.

It's just made up no romance language to it, Kanno more than likely comes up with sounds then finds words later on that are similar or goes through dictionaries when lyrics are written up.

got it! It's romanized russian. Cyrillic language written in a latin alphabet. This is actually pretty common, as slavic languages often seem like some weird romance language when romanized. In fact, some slavic languages are so phonically similar to some romance languages that native speakers of them have similar accents in english. I know this because one of my best friends in high school, Ioni, is Bulgarian, and we initially met overhearing each other's non-english (Portuguese and Bulgarian) and confusing the two.

Gabriela Robin, a vocalist-lyricist affiliated with anime music composer Yoko Kanno, places a trademark etherealness or quirkiness in her anime, TV, movie or commercial music productions. Her non-sensical lyrics have been known to drive the unknowing fan searching for translations from different linguists, but to no avail.
Taken from a fansite to Robin, basically you're echoing what they're saying. Trust me on this, there is no language for this song.

Any idea how I could get this translated, if it is romanized Russian?

Hold on. This song is more than likely in a real language because the Japanese version of this song
Tsuki no Mayu is said to have been created with a translation of the original song.
Also while Yoko Kanno had composed the music for Turn A Gundam, the singer for the song is credited as Oki Akui and the lyrics were created by C.Piece (Who or whatever that may be.). I hope that I got that across as non-offensively as possible, as It's hard to tell what offends people these days.
I want to know what the original means so that I can make an English version without basing it off the Japanese one and losing stuff in translation.

Right, I didn't know of the Japanese version but I'm going to stand by what I said about the Gabriela Robin (gibberish/turkey) version. Again, this is
NOT a language. The translation is made up. The same was done with Stamina Rose where they had the gibberish lyrics and English translation (never sung in English).
Trust me when I say I'm right on this I did a lot of looking myself a year ago.

this music/lyric type wouldn't have any relation to the music flash thing that graham was watching on his computer - i can't remember what video it was (i have shocking memory nowadays).
