Name that Movie. Not a game. Need Help.

I only caught the last 20 minutes of it. I think it was on Spike TV or some channel like that.

It was originally Japanese, but I can't remember if it was subbed or dubbed.

What I do remember it this. People died a lot. When they did so, they spat up a mouthful of blood. Some people died from the most mundane things. One gut got hit in the face with a bowl, coughed up blood, and died. Also, I'm fairly certain one character was part steampunk robot or something. I think he shoot out his hand and one point and I think, but I'm not sure that his head popped up on a spring once as well. Don't quote me on that part.

Personally, I would call it a B movie, but I'm not sure if it was or not.

I think its fairly old. Like 70s-ish.

I have no idea what movie you're talking about, but it sounds like one of the best movies ever. I second the motion to find it.

According to TV guide's website, there's been nothing like that at all. Since Saturday morning they've shown Roadhouse, Roadhouse 2, Rambo, Rambo II and First Blood.

What day did you see this? You might want to check your local grocery for a copy of the paper tv guide and look back at what was on (the online one only goes back about 36 hours).

Edit: through thursday they also showed predator 2 and Urban Justice, a Steven Seagall movie, which while it looks bad, doesn't look bad ENOUGH to fit that description.

In that case, I'd say just pretend it was "Machine Girl" & then go rent it. It's just as wild as what you described: Monty Python blood, wacky violence, etc. At one point during a fight scene in a kitchen a woman gets her arm turned into tempura. Seriously. Check it out.

Hmm, I guess this didn't work out so well after all.

I think this a new long-term thread, I just had a movie come up that I cna't find anywhere.

Okay, so I could have sworn it had Jean Reno in it, and I saw the trailer several years ago. The movie looked like an action sci-fi/cyberpunk movie and all I remember from the trailer is Jean Reno and a few armored guys firing gun in a tunnel with water flying around.

I have looked and looked and I can't find anything about it anywhere... Please help me determine whether or not I was dreaming.

Tensen, I think Leon has a scene where they're all shooting at each other in a tunnel or hall or something, while the sprinkler system is going off.
And if that's not what you were thinking of, you should watch it anyway.

Yeah, I've seen that movie like a dozen times... It's not that movie.

Sadly it's not Wasabi... I've seen Wasabi. I'm starting to come to the conclusion I imagined this film. But I remember clearly sharing the link with friends.

Thinking back on it, I'm not quite sure it was a samurai movie. It was set in old japan, and their were weapons, but I don't know if you would call any of the characters samurai.
