How to aford to fix all the potholes? You sell them!
For 50£ you can buy a pothole and the town use the money to fill in the pothole. The Filling will then have your name writen on it and a local german singer will sing a song about the pothole.
How can you refuse?!

Germany really find interesting ways to fix the economy; sell off coldwar nuclear bunkers, buy bank information from the Seiss so that they can hunt down all the people who hide there money there to avoid german taxes. Heck some time ago a group consisting of some of the richest people in germany sent in a request to the government to pay more taxes. Yes! The rich asked to pay more taxes!

well it's not realy teh economy's falut that the roads are crappy, it's just that the suddenly hards winter destroyed them because when they made the road they forgot that something called snow and cold existed.

I've lived in a couple places that have had a good amount of potholes. Imagine, instead of writing to your city council about potholes that line your way to work and hoping they do something about a couple, you send in a cheque and they fix them.
