but bear in mind, I didn't draw that - it's actually a character by the name of Phil from an anime called "Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar" (made by Koge-Donbo; the creator of such wonderful anime as Di Gi Charat, and Pita-Ten.)

he just happens to look exactly like me.
