It has more to do with the fact that there is no multi-million Marijuana lobby like there is with things like cigarettes and alcohol.

No I don't have any specific number I just know in my area of crazy ol' Texas most of the suburbs of Dallas/Ft. Worth Have passed city ordinances along these lines.
